The infrastructure of our college is good. The library of our college is huge, with all the needed facilities. The college also has computer labs, seminar hall, conference room, table tennis court, basketball court and cricket ground. The college has also included the library.
I have completed my doctorate degree in philosophy with specialization of information and communication technology that was very helpful in my career growth and set a new milestone in my careers. All the faculties are good.
The Career Development Centre at Ahmedabad University oversees the placements, internships and career guidance at Ahmedabad University. All students at the University are given access to the services of the Career Development Centre. Some of the activities of the Centre include organizing seminars, specialised talks, workshops, aptitude tests, etc. Some of the Companies which participated in the Final Placements in 2018 include Yes Bank, Nestle and Radio Mirchi.
Very good college
yes, college provides all the necessary infrastructure and equipment the classrooms are cleaned and well maintained, and the sports center has also available librarians also up to date and the food is hygienic.
I am a student of beware honor's pass out in 2023 the quality of teaching is good, and the curriculum is up to date and include all the recent development in the field of BBA. yes, the study makes your job ready.
The quality of placement is good, and the average package was 6 lakhs, and the highest packet was 12 lakhs. College provides the placement committee which makes the process easy and pleasant. almost all the batch placed.
Good College in gujarat with best infrastructure consists of in house basketball court and all the other facilities. The collge has Smart boards and full time free wifi. Therer are lot of free spaces and there are four campuses.
I was studying bba honours and the quality f teaching is best as the all faculties are mostly PhDs and have a long experience of teaching. Also, the college has 80% attendance, and provides majors in 9 fields like finance , marketing , operations, hr
placements are decent and one can expect a package around 5-6 lakh after graduation but most of leave for post graduation. Yes the college is supportive as thery also provide Summer internships which is a compulsory program.
College is well maintained. And all the facilities are available that one students might need. Ahmedabad university maintain high standard for it's facilities , ensuring that they are used and well maintained , contributing to a positive learning and living experience for students.
There many well qualified teachers are there. I study engineering there and i like that this college priovide liberal education. Also the curriculum is updated and includes the recent developments int their courses.
I don't know much about placements yet about Ahmedabad University. But university curriculum is designed to provide students with the necessary skills and knowledge demanded by the industry, which ensures that students are well-prepared and equipped.
BTech course cost something around 3 lakh. I think it is a high price but the money's worth putting in because it offers well - rounded curriculum, experienced faculty, and excellent infrastructure.
Campus is itself a very beautiful, whole blend of modern architecture and green spaces. highlight of Ahmedabad uni is their wide range of clubs which add to the vibrant campus life
College has fantastic infrastructure with dedicated labs for each discipline. It has 2 floor library which is open 24/7 during examinations. The classrooms are huge with centralised ACs. It has a recreational room, two multidisciplinary labs and two dedicated study rooms. There are no hostels on campus per se.
Most of the faculties are visiting for BTech. And from the permanent ones only two or three faculties teach selflessly. The timetable is set such that you tend to lose much of your time without doing anything productive.
Most people opt for higher studies after their graduation so there is nothing really to talk about it. The highest package is 7 LPA. The average is around 3LPA. The CDC is very supportive and is transparent regarding the whole process
Yes, our college provides the necessary facilities, infrastructure and equipment. Our classroom is well structured and well maintained in a way that we are not facing difficulty with wifi, smart boards, fan, AC and lights. The living spaces are very neat and clean and hygienic food is also available in canteen, but the food is costly.
I am a 3rd year student and pursuing B.Tech ICT as my interest is in coding filed and want to get a good job in future in IT industry. Here, the professors are very talented but few professors don't know how to explain the concepts to students in a manner that they understood each and everything deeply and properly. We faced a difficulty in learning the most important subjects like DSA, Software Engineering and Computer Networks and I think this won't make my job ready :(
The quality of placements is decreasing gradually. Last year the maximum package was of 7 lacs per annum and average was 3-4 lacs. And the placement process is not easy and pleasant as there are very tough rules like we are provided with three attempts to clear a test and only after that we are eligible for giving interviews and among them only 80% people are placed. And we are not getting good opportunities to get placed in a good company.
One course costs approximately 25,000 per year. For few subjects we feel it worth, but in few subjects we don't feel it worth as we are not satisfied sometimes in the learning of that subjects. Sometimes we feel that if we learn by our-self then also we were able to learn more than the faculty taught to us because the faculty don't know how to teach even though they have earned so many degrees!
College campus is at its best! Students are engaging in many technical and non technical activities like coding, workshops, gaming, sports, drawing etc. Teachers and staff are supporting to us in that. Mainly, the location is our college campus only and it is very safe for us. Yes, it handles the emergency cases as well. First aid kit is available in college and also a Health center is there for the students who face minor or major injuries.
No, I think everything is covered in the above parameters
Campus is huge and scenic and that too at the heart of the city. There are seperate infrastructures for every school in Ahmedabad University, all properly structured and visually awesome. It has enough amount of laboratories and instruments to work on. The best thing is the Wifi which has very high speed and is free for the students there. The canteen is hygenic and is properly equipped with all the necessities.
I am pursuing Bachelors in Information and Communication technology. The quality of teaching is really good. Almost all the professors are P.hD from top universities of the world and the way of teaching is so good that students dont find difficulty in comprehending the most difficult subjects. The most attractive thing of this University is Project Based Learning. We are given projects for each course in each semester which makes us more aquainted with the subject.
The placements are average at this point of time but are improving rapidly comparing with previous years with more of the alumni rising into prominence in the corporate world. The average salary offered was about 4 lakhs previous year in my course.
My course (B.Tech) is about 1.52.000. This money is totally worth considering the quality of teaching, benefit of the new way of learning - project based learning, and awesome infrastructure
The campus life is happening. It has seperate indoor games room. Students also engage in actvites held by different clubs at college and partciular time is alloted for these event acitivities to motivate students for extra curriculars as well. The location safe and equipped with proper security. The staff and students are also very convivial.
Yes all the infrastructure is well equipped.the food is hygienic and the all the facilities are well maintained. Yes all the infrastructure is well equipped and the food is hygienic and well maintained.
I’m studying ICT. Quality of Teaching depends on the faculties. Not to much extent but yes somehow are college curriculum is better than most of the colleges we are able to do a lot or projects gives us enough exposure
Placements are not great, not many companies visit our campus and very less opportunity is given to students. We always have to look for off campus opportunities for our career and future scope in our academies
Yes somehow I feel the money spend was worth even though most of the courses we have to learn on our own the curriculum is what I admire as the syllabus is extremely high rated and we get lot of exposure.
Not so great as we have been indulged in our projects for entire semester. Not great feasts takes place in our college neither great events In which we can take part like other colleges and institutions in Ahmedabad
I’ll rate my experience as an average one. We never feel Like we’re attending college life in our entire BTech, neither the faculties and staff is cooperative. But we learned a lot in our life entire journey
The infrastructure is great, every corner of the campus is air-conditioned,free wifi and all other utilities, its great to be a part of healthy study environment. The school has a decent canteen space.
All the faculties are PHD's in their respective feilds. The university is research based, with project based learning initiative. This university provides a decent skill development for their students.
Placements are below average because the university is new and has a culture of research in students and faculties insist to not get settled for placements and rather focus on higher studies. Hence the placements are not that good.
155000 is cost of my course, which means more than 6 lacs for a btech degree hence if you are looking for placements this university is not worth the money, but if you want to develop skills this is the place and if you want to experience research based culture this university can be the place.
The environment is great, we have many clubs the campus is in the city centre hence we have a great surroundigs in terms of food and safety hence i recommend this university and consider this university safe.
Nope
Vey neat environment. All of the classes are clean. Labs are well equipped. Libraries have all the books that are needed by students of any streams. Moreover there are 3 libraries in total. The new SAS building is also very nice.
Academically AU is one of the best Universities in Ahmedabad or say Gujarat. The method of teaching is totally different. They mainly focus on concepts. Practical skills are nurtured more than bookish knowledge.
Placements are not that good. Even though considering the high standards of the University, it has still not matched the level of Universities like Nirma or PDPU. I believe in coming years it will establish itself.
