To get into CU, Kolkata, to do a B.Sc. in Mathematics , you must qualify for their admission requirements. Admission is usually merit-based based on your Class 12 marks in relevant subjects. In my opinion you should go for LPU.

LPU and Chandigarh University are well-known private universities.

I would suggest you to go for Chandigarh university for aerospace engineering as it is having a dedicated space for that stream where as in IPU this stream is new as well as not available in good colleges of IPU like MAIT , MSIT etc.
Hence it would be more appropriate for you to do your desired stream from Chandigarh university.

Chandigarh University offers a four-year, BA (Hons) Psychology programme at the undergraduate level. Candidates seeking admission to BA (Hons) Psychology programme offered at the Chandigarh University must have passed the Class 12 examination in any stream with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognised Board.
