Well, everyone have their own opinions in this case. But it is up to you what you want at the end. According to me Lovely Professional University is much better and Chandigarh University due to many reasons. Some of the major reasons I would like to mention below:

1. Over the years, LPU has become the most reputed name in the education industry. Every year top companies such as Infosys, TCS, CTS, and many other names visit LPU and hire a huge number of students. However, it’s also important for students to be hardworking and skilled to grab a job opportunity at a good package. I personally know some of my friends who have completed their studies from CU but now struggling for their career while LPU helps their students to get -placed in good companies at the best salary package.

2. Teachers in LPU are highly professional, skilled and affable towards each student. With easy to understand methods and efficient study materials, the faculties at LPU guides students to understand even the most complex topics effortlessly. I have idea about teachers at CU.

3. LPU is the number one name in term of infrastructure and college building. The college also has football ground, 2 volleyball courts, 4 basketball courts and a big ground for cricket. CU also has a great infrastructure.

Both have their own pros and cons. So, ultimately its you who decides!

Cu has better placements.

Placements at Chandigarh University is far better than Lovely professional university. Chandigarh University has set new record with Joint Placement Drive for Hewlett Packard in which more than 13000 Students participated. Other than Hewlett Packard, Practo Technologies, Directi have held their Joint placement drives at CU in year 2017. we saw massive increase of 60% in number of companies and the other is the whooping number of 4964 placement offers made. Some of the leading multinationals that recruited Batch 2017 include Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, Hewlett Packard, SAP Labs, Hitachi, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Grail Research, TAFE, John Deere, Schindler, Deepak Nitrate, Mindtree, The Taj, Oberoi, Hyatt, Vistara and Jet Airways. Engineering and Management saw an impressive increase in the domain specific hiring which gave our students an added advantage during recruitment process. Hospitality sector however broke all previous records with Placement in ‘Walt Disney’ with package of 12 LPA along with selection of 25 students for internship programs.

Banks easily sanction loans for chandigarh university . Average package of the university goes around 7 lakhs and highest went upto 42 lakhs

Both Chandigarh University and Lovely Professional University are very reputed Institutes of the nation.
But if you compare between them especially for B.Tech and BCA course then its CHANDIGAH University that comes on the top because of its overall better records and opportunities.
However joining either of them will be a great choice for you.
