Chandigarh university is a private university located in mohali, punjab, India and was established in 2012.

It has a grade A accreditation from NAAC. Also approved by UGC.

It has an excellent infrastructure. Hostel capacity of 10000+ students for accommodation. The college has 16 departments. The student reviews of this college are good, they offer good placements to students especially for engg departments. The social life or campus life is also really good. They have various festivals and stuff every year which adds up to it.

Between GC college and CU, I suggest you to choose CU because CU  college has the finest infrastructure, appliances and services, labs, libraries, hostels, and many others are just too good to do. Free wifi at this college is available and their food is fantastic. It is a very good choice for computer science and engineering. A very large number of firms visit the recruiting campus. Because the placement also requires four other schools, the number of students participating for the placement is roughly 2500 +.The placement approach is not easy, but it is not challenging, but college is supportive of getting a job in the best companies. It's a private University, Nirf ranking is good but if you are interested in mechanical engineering and want to study from Chandigarh University then you have to learn also language like python,Java, C++ so that it will increase your problem solving skills and thus coding skills.
