I am studying electrical engineering because I am passionate about it quality of teaching is of higher standard yes I think curriculum is updated includes all the recent development in the field but I don't think but it is a fact yes what I said you make me job ready because through my University I do industrial training which prepares me for the job
Quality of placement at my college is very goodand the teachers and faculty members are very supportive to the students how much did you score actually 67% to 80% students please in school of engineering in Gautam Buddha University the highest salary package was offered was about 23 lacs in CS branch average salary offered is 6 to 7 lacs is the placement process is easy unpleasant but I don't know much about it because I am in third year now yes my college is very supportive
my course cost per year is 170000 yes I feel I am getting my money worth because I will be placed at a better better company and I will get a better job from here
My University campus is best because it firstly have very much greenry and a good infrastructure clean campus caretakers gods and all other members are very supportive tooextra curricular activities can a student engage in like we have a cultural fest abhivyanjana we have a sports fest which is shauryautsav students are are like some are good but some are to bad teachers are very supportive and good and the support staff also support us it's in greater Noida near Yamuna expressway yes it is safe
At my college gate there' s a tight security Its safer for the girls because girls are not permitted to go outside after 7:30 PM
The Gautam Buddha University has a really good infrastructure. It has spacious classrooms, laboratories, cafeteria, hostel facilities, sports centres, medical facilities, library , high speed wifi and many more.
The teaching quality is good and the faculties are well qualified, experienced, helpful and supportive. The curriculum is well updated and continuous improvement is made. The teachers support you, various seminars are conducted time to time.
The quality of placement is good for many course but it varies. Placement and Internship is offered by many companies. The college encourages and helps students providing many opportunities. But it can still be muchh better
Yes, according to me it's worthy to take admission in GBU. The college provides all the facilities at reasonable and affordable cost.
The campus life is good. It provides you many memorable experiences and give exposure to a new journey of life.
One of the best infrastructure. Gautam buddha university is a state government university run by noida authority. Gautam buddha university has a total area of neearly 511 acres of land area having 8 different schools.
I m persuing b.tech electrical engineering. We all know quality of education depends on Teachers as well as students. Yes, i think my college is slowly and gradually taking all the necessary development steps But we have to do alot to get ourselves ready for the outer world.
Gautam buddha university is working upon the placement cell. In the very beginning years we had a good no. Of placements but idk in recent years it is not that good. Both the students and the faculty are doing their best for that.
Nearly the fee including aur hostel charges we pay is 1.65lacs per annum. We are having separate hostel rooms and also the quality od food in the mess is good. I think i m paying a good Amount of money and what i m paying it's worth for the service we get.
Gautam buddha university is having a total campus area of 511 acres with 8 schools,12 seperate hostesl for boys and 8 for girls with a total 12 mess. Campus has a 3 floor library and a computer centre too. Our faculty suppor us a lot. They always try to motivate us guide us whenever it is required. 5 entry gates With a good guarding staffs. Yes we can handle emergencies.
No.
The college is outstanding in terms of infrastructure. It have all the necessary facilities for students like labs, libraries, LAN, hostel accommodation etc. The campus is neat and clean and greenery is well maintained.
I'm doing my btech in biotechnology and the faculty of school of biotechnology in Gautam Buddha university is great. The knowledge of teachers is quite good. The teachers are available to help students during college hours. The practical work and laboratories are world class. All the facilities to perform experiments are available.
The placement is quite low. But if you are good at studies and academic performances you will definitely get one. The placement also depends on the course that you have opted . Some courses have very good placements while some have less.
The fees for my course is 95000 per year which according to me is worth it. The hostel and mess fees are additional which keeps changing.
The campus life is outstanding. The campus have many sightseeing spots like sarovar. The students spend their time and study there. You'll make good friends here and enjoy your campus life definitely.
Overall the College is quite good in aspects of teaching, campus and college life but the placement of students is a factor because placements are low.
College have very good facilities. All the classes of all the school are fully air condisner . campus of the college(GBU) is very beautiful. And college provide best sport facelities. Mrss facelitid and food quality is also very nice
The academic's of college is very nice. GBU is the best college. I realy apreciate it to all the student. Faculties of that collrge(GBU) is very nice. And all faculties is very friendly, carefull about the student
Quality of placements at my college is outstanding. There are the big pakege are provided to all the student. And also big compnies are come to select the student for the job. I allways prefer to all student to take addmision in GBU
Hostel, mess and acadmics fee is genuine.
Campus life is very joy full of this college.
My experience is very nice in this college. I realy proud myself to i am a student of GBU
Gautam Buddha University has a brilliant infrastructure, very well planned, spread over an area of more than 200 ha it has vast green spaces and beautifull buldings. The hostels are very well designed with individual rooms with attached balconies to every student. The respective schools are fully air conditioned with very well maintained classrooms. with smart boards and projectors.
I am currently studying Btech in computer science and according to me the teaching in the college varies upon the faculty, we have some excellent faculties with great indepth knowledge of the subject and it can be seen that they are willing to teach. We have a well maintained central library . The curriculum according to me is not at par with the recent developments, being a CSE student the curriculum according to me should be updated more frequently.
The placements from our college are poor considering it is respectively new, but the increment in placement every year in huge, for CSE the placement is above 90% but in smaller companies with 3-4 lac packages only, where as for other Btech streams it the placement is very poor
Gautam Buddha university is well known for its infrastructure. All the facilities are provided to students such as laboratories, sports centre and hostel facility is also provided to each and every student.
My course is integrated MTech due to which my 1 year is saved. The teaching quality is fine but not extremely good. The syllabus is updated every year. The teachers are supportive regarding every aspect.
Placements needs to be improved as big companies with big packages are yet to come. The highest package offered was around Rs.10 lakhs which needs to be increased considering the integrated course. The college is supportive.
It's a well known state government university with a huge campus of approx 550 acres. It has a huge library and provides all the necessary facilities including wifi , smart classes . GBU in addition takes care of cleanliness of the campus as well as hygiene of the food provided in the mess.Classes have air conditioners and the laboratories have all the required instruments, chemicals and equipments. There is a huge space for sports and other physical activities.
Here, professors are well qualifies and are very supportive but the level of teaching is not that good as some students do not attend classes even when 75% attendance is compulsory, but overall academic environment is good and studious ones get all the oppotunities to learn better and organise workshops for the freshers.
Placement rate is average as you have to make a lot of efforts on your own and not most of the reputed companies visit GBU often . It's the Soict from where most of the students get placed and they are from engineering branches . The packages for core branches are not that high but goes upto 11 lakhs where average package is of 3-4 lakhs .
As it's a state government university so its definitely cheaper than other private colleges and provide all the facilities too. So it's worth paying especially for the core branches. The hostel fee is increased every year by a little but the college never asks for extra charges and you'll get medical checkups , books and many facilities for free
The campus life is literally outstanding as you will get a beutiful and a huge campus with respective grounds and courts for sports like cricket ,football etc. Also it is located far from the main city so its definity a peaceful and safe environment with full of greenery and cleanliness.Everyone is supportive here and you'll get most of the things you need in the campus only. So overall the campus is the most beautiful thing about Gautam budhdha university
I would say it's a really good college which can provide you an oppotunity to grow as a better indivisual and explore yourself . You'll get a beautiful campus as well as a better environments to study and it has gone just fine up fot me . Best of luck !
Infrastructural wise, one cant compare it to any other university.. one of the finest campus in India, in infrastructure wise the administration is not able to maintain it in required way. One can find infrastructure in there but not the students
Currently pursuing PhD from the department of Pol.sci and International relations, though faculties are very helpful and resourceful. One of the much sought course still department lack basic facilities, not even have access to any international journal, neither they are providing any scholarship to phD students.
I've recetly joined this university so dont know much about the placement, though I've seen multiple companies banner being posted time and again for placement. Cant say much about it as i am still an outsider
40000 p.a which seems to be pretty reasonable but not when compare it to other govt universities.
One of the worst campus, in term of providing space to their own students and providing them with security.
Theres so much of gap between students and teachers and no one seems to be interested in narrowing it down. Its not only students who are at receiving end, even administrators gonna fail and the basic essence of university will going to remain as a dream..
The infrastructure of the university is pretty great. Driving in the campus itself gives one an idea of how much work has been put into it. A few projectors may not work from time to time, but otherwise there is not much to be complained about the infrastructure. Although, one may say that it is too large for a walk from a class to the mess and back, but the college provides the students with bicycles and allows other vehicles to be driven.
I'm a student of BTech (IT), and I can't really complain much about the staff either. Of course, there are a few Professors that may not be upto the mark of their subject, but even then the University takes into accord the students' views and requests. The curriculum is constantly updated. For example, just this year, another branch was added to my course, namely, AI. Such updates are helpful in making the students ready for the future.
Being just a 2nd year student, I'm not much aware about the percentage of students placed, and their salaries in their respective jobs. But from what I have heard, the quality is not great. I often hear my seniors complain about the few companies that came, and those that did, didn't expect the University itself to bring out capable students.
I do feel that the cost per year may be a bit high, but that might be my personal opinion. Although, I do know that the University offers scholarships to capable students, which is commendable and to be appreciated.
The campus life has been pretty sweet, too. The crowd is not what I would call, "to my taste", but I do find everyone engaged with someone or the other. The clubs and their activities are fun. The campus is right next to open roads, wich lead to certain hospitals if need be, but it does have it's own medical dispensary for the students and staff.
