IIIT sonepat has Hostel facility for both boys and girls, the college has some other facilities also like Library facility, sports facility, cafeteria facility, IT infrastructure, Laboratories facility etc.

The college has a private ownership and was established in the year 2014, the college offers two courses  BTech computer science and engineering and BTech Information Technology.

In comparing all three colleges you mention CSE in Harcourt Butler Technical University is good option.

Because it is one of the old and reupdated university in India.

• HBTU Kanpur is ranked 166 (in 2020) by NIRF while IIIT Kota and IIIT Sonepat has no ranking by NIRF.
• B.Tech CSE course fee at HBTU is INR 5.8 Lakhs while at IIIT, the course fee is INR 8.3 Lakhs.

I terms of placement:
HBTU: The highest salary package offered was around 40 LPA. The average package was around 7.5 LPA, and the lowest package was around 6 LPA.

IIIT Kota: The highest salary package offered is 35 LPA. The lowest salary package offered goes up to 5 LPA and the average salary package offered is 7.5LPA.

IIIT Sonepat: The highest CTC offered during IIIT Sonepat  placements was around Rs 40 LPA and the average CTC was recorded to be around 7 LPA.

Both are very good college. They provide excellent placement and also do very good project. As per both comparison . I would like to suggest to go for IIIT .

IIIT Sonepat is one of the newly established IIITs while HBTU has been established 100 years ago. Placement HBTU currently has little better record than IIIT Sonepat. But IIIT is an Institution of National Importance. The reputation of IIITs in India is increasing every year as more no. Of students from IIITs are going to corporate fields. The Reputation and Placement stats for IIIT Sonepat will surely overtake HBTU in few years. I would advise to you to go for IIIT Sonepat. HBTU is good Institute but IIIT Sonepat will surely overtake it in next few years.

The placement record for IIIT Sonepat are very good. Previous year 82% of the total students were placed in top companies. Total 22 companies participated in the placement drive. Various companies like Adobe System, IBM, Q3 Technology, Posist Technology, Paytm etc. came to recruit graduates. The average package offered was around 6-8 LPA. The campus partition has taken this year and no placement has taken place , so it's difficult to say anything.

But it's possibility that after the separation of the IIIT Sonepat , placement will take place in both the campuses. As they will try to maintain the reputation of both the campuses by conducting placements in both the campuses.

Sonepat IIIT is a good college. It was established 2014. Due to research this college is very good. Infrastructure is good. Free WiFi, air conditioner class rooms are available. Library also very good. Faculties are very helpful and friendly. They are well educated.

Now come to the placement. Placement is very good here. The highest package is 42 lakh per annum and average package is 8 to 9 lakh per annum. So many popular companies are coming here. Like filpcart, Amazon, Paytm, Google, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, Oyo etc. But you didn't mention the department name so I'm provide total companies name which are coming in this college.
