The Sushant University placement unit conducts industrial tours, workshops, seminars, guest lectures, summer and winter projects, case studies, and live projects to offer practical insights. Each student is required to complete 6–8 weeks of summer internships at recognised companies as part of the course requirements. This process of creating a report serves as a comprehensive learning opportunity for the application of theoretical ideas to practical situations. Sushant University Placement Procedure
Invitation- The companies will be invited to the Campus for a Sushant University placement drive by the Corporate Resource Centre (CRC).
Student’s Signup- The students are required to signup for the Sushant University placement process for campus placements.
Pre-Placement Talks- The companies will discuss the job description and selection process with the students in the Sushant University pre-placement talks.
Shortlisting of Candidates- The shortlisting of candidates is done based on the batch profile and resume.
Interview- The shortlisted candidates will be invited to the interview process.
Selection Process- The selection process is done based on the performance of the students in the aptitude test, psychometric test, group discussions and personal interview.
Final Selection- The companies must inform the Sushant University CRC about the final list of the selected candidates and provide the students with the offer letter.

The placements need to be focused more
