IIMs shortlist candidates for the interview stage based on their own criteria, which may be independent of each other. The process may include Written Ability Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interviews. Performance in the CAT examination is an important component in the admission process. IIMs may additionally use other factors such as the previous academic performance of the candidates, relevant work experience, gender and academic diversity and other similar inputs in shortlisting and ranking of candidates at various stages of the admission process. The processes, academic cut-offs and the weights allocated to the evaluation parameters may vary across IIMs These are the cut offs of IIM A, B and C for the year 2019.

IIM BANGALORE:

For all the Candidates shortlisted, the 10th and 12th board results are initially adjusted by dividing each such score by 90th percentile score of that board. And then an adjusted score is calculated for the Bachelor's degree for each of the candidates based on the final scores obtained by the candidate are used for the Bachelor's degree and professional degrees. For example,

CAT = 40
10th board = 20
12th board = 10
Bachelors = 20
Gender Diversity = 2
Work Experience = 8
The 40 points for CAT are derived from the performance in each of the three sections as follows:
Verbal & Reading Comprehension - 14 points
Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning - 16 points Quantitative Aptitude - 10 points.

Now you haven't mentioned your Category. With the scores you have mentioned, it might be tad difficult. But if you can score atleast 98 percentile and above in CAT 2020, you might have a chance.

Indian Insstitute of Management actually checks all your academic scores along with CAT score but a decent score in CAT examination can surely give you a change to get one step closer to be a part of IIM institute. You will not be qualifying eligibility criteria for admission into IIM ahemdabad if you have scored less than 50% marks in bachelor's or 45% in case if you belong to reserved category. Also the admission is done on the basis f CAT and academic details and WATPI round. If you meet all condition then you'll be eligible for admission in IIMA.

For this PGPX program, IIM Ahmedabad provides scholarship on Merit basis. The program has 5 interest waiver scholarship on merit basis. The scholarship will work as interest waiver for the loan taken by students for the program. Maximum amount of scholarship the student can get is upto 3,00,000

In IIM-A/B/C the process is a little tough as compared to other colleges. In this colleges last year cutoff was 99.9% in CAT entrance exam and there are a lot of students who achieve this. I hope you will also be one of them, except this there is category and marks for job experience which adds to a students overall score, see everything has scores even you 10th and 12th marks also along with that you graduation score, CAT score, GD score and PI score are added. All this scores are added and than the selection takes place.
