IIMs have one of the best curriculum so does IIM Sirmaur has providing its world class professors from all across worls. The quality of teaching is also good. They also have these knowledge exchange session where students get the opportunity to network.

The new campus has all the amenities. The temporary campus has limited amenities but are sufficient for day to day academic activities. The library is well equipped, wifi connection are available through out the campus.
Academic curriculum is rigour in IIM SIRMAUR and the teachers are all from good institutes. Most of the teachers are from IITs and IIMs and have good past experience. Peer to peer learning experience is also good.
The placement in IIM Sirmaur is 100%. Good companies visit the campus the average package varies between 14-15 lpa most of the students get placed by the end of the December to first week of January.
The course fees in IIM SIRMAUR is less than the other new and baby IIMs.
The infrastructure is good even if it’s a temporary campus. Permanent campus is outstanding. It has modern classrooms, extensive library, collaborative study spaces. And lush green surroundings fostering a conductive learning environment.

Placements are going well. Even SIPs are going good. Better than most of the baby IIMs and new IIMs, forging partnerships with leading companies. Students benefit from skill development programs and a robust placement cell ensuring successful transitions into diverse professional roles.
Totally worth the money invested.
Campus life is very good.
Yes the college has all basic necessary infrastructure be it libraries, sport room, cultural room and hostels. The Hostel space/quality and life is just phenomenal. There are maintenance guys who do the cleaning work regularly, and there is tight security, and thus it adds up to pretty good MBA life.
Yes, I think the curriculum across all the IIM remains the same. Some of the profs are too good, but many are boring too. They may have phenomenal degree, but there is fine line of difference between knowing things and delivering them in a amanner that is easliy understandable.
Placement Committee of our college is among the best across all IIMs in terms of transparency. However, in 2024 there are not many great companies visiting because of slowdown, but the growth has been good.
If you are someone you can be determined to be in top 25%ile of batch, the ROI can be more than 200%. Even in worst cases, placements you get more or less covers the fees that you have paid. so can be a good option.
Currenyly, we are in temporary campus, but we probably be shifting in new one in few months. So right now, campus being small gives you the opportunity to make better networks, interact more, know everyone around.
Yes, the hostels and mess area is clean and tidy. Rooms and corridors are cleaned on daily basis by swipers and they are available till night. Whenever you want to cleanup your room you just need to give them a call.
Our syllabus includes case studies, simulations and many various types of projects which gives us a real world practical experience with objective from different situations of business. Institute update the curriculum on daily basis and we learn from guests lectures who are industry professionals.
The placement committee works really hard and makes us appear for every possible opportunity or company. We have training and development committee which form the back bone of placements and prepare the batch with every selection processes and arrange the practice sessions on daily basis.
Infrastructure is not at par as compared to old iims due to temporary campus, But seeing the temporary campus it's not bad too.Still there is a scope of improvement which will definitely be after moving to permanent campus.
Academic is quite rigorous here and one needs to work hard to clear the exam with good grades. Professor are really good at par with Old and new iims and very good discussion takes place in the classes.
Placements are good in the college and improving year by year, There has been a good increment in the no of recruiters and package offered bt them , There is a 100% placement record for the college with good roi.
The college infrastructure is really good with the latest equipped facilities like library, mess and sports ground. And yes even the wifi facilities are good with high speed at all time facilitating students like me in studies
I really like the course and the latest curriculum that has been taught and explained by our faculties. And personally speaking, I do find the study very valuable for myself helping me in learning and growing in life
Placement are doing fine according to me, almost every year 100 percent students are getting placed. Even the summer internship is picking up the pace considering the fact that it is a new generational IIM
The institute doesn’t have its own permanent campus till now. It was communicated that it would be ready by September 2023 ,however it is not even ready now. The basic facilities are there but it is not to the level of an IIM
I personally feel there is no academic rigor here as compared to the other Indian institute of management. I mean the faculties is okay but I guess the academic curriculum should be better and maybe with the latest trends
Placements are not that good. Students are not getting that good LPA as they are supposed to get as they are in an IIM,maybe this is because of the locational disadvantage. But things obviously needs to get better than what they currently are
The college does have all the necessary infrastructure and facilities like hostel, gym, admin block, library, mess etc. Also, the food is clean and hygienic. However, the taste of the food is not upto the mark
I am studying Master of business administration and I believe since it is an institute of national importance, it does teaches really good with the best of faculties and with the latest and trending curriculum.
Placements are okayish and could do better. The average salary offered is around 13-14 LPA. But I feel the number of people getting placed is little less that it should ideally be. However, yes, the college is supportive and try its best to get students placed
