Dear Student ,

It totally depends on the rules and regulations that needs to be followed during filling an online admission form. As my suggestion, you need to upload the proper details. Here you have told that the form requests to upload the provisional certificate which means a temporary certificate from your college authority that shows your completion of graduation .

Your form may rejected at the time of physical verification of documents in IGNOU . But .. within that duration , if you get your graduation certificate, then you can request  the IGNOU authority to accept your admission by telling your issues at the time of filling admission form briefly !

Hope my answer helps !

Hi

Admission to the PhD programme will be offered in two sessions each year, in January and July. For each session, the admission schedule will be published on the IGNOU website and/or in national newspapers, stating the disciplines that will be offered in that session.

Hello

Nothing seems to be difficult at IGNOU. The only alternative is to first clear the admission exam, which was designed for those who do not have an MPhil or a UGC Net. If you are an MPhil or Net candidate, you will be summoned for an interview in front of the Doctoral Committee and will be evaluated on the basis of your research proposal, which will be followed by an interview. If your proposal is accepted, you will be chosen on merit. IGNOU has a very restricted number of seats.

Hope this help

Hello Naresh ,

We cannot tell the exact number but on an average total of 2,30,137 students take admission in IGNOU's graduate courses, according to data released by the open university.

Reservations are applicable to SC / ST / EWS / OBC NCL / PwD candidates as per Govt. of India rules.

Hello Naresh ,

Yes , the candidates are exempted fro. PhD entrance test of IGNOU.

Candidates who have completed their MPhil (along with course work) or have cleared NET or any other equivalent exam will be exempted from appearing in IGNOU entrance exam.

ALL THE BEST !!

Hello my friend.!
There is no exemption for NET or MPhil candidates. The actual process is like IGNOU offers many programmes out of which, entrance exam is conducted only for few programs like BEd, MPhil, PhD, MBA. For rest of the courses like certificate programmes, diploma, MCA, MA, MSc there is no entrance exam. For PhD, candidate should have done M.phil degree or master's degree with at least 55% aggregate.
Hope the information is useful

College Infrastructure

IGNOU is a open university many students took admission here as a distance learner so I can say about infrastructure for my regional and study centre and it was good, and it varies for all the centres, other facilities like sports, access to library, medical facilities, wi-fi, labs are not provided in such centres, classes are held on weekends.

good if you want to have self paced and flexible learning.

College Infrastructure

IGNOU being a distance learning institution does not have a college campus. however it provides a well organised portal having study materials and lectures. it does not have physical classrooms or labs but the portal fulfils all the need we require as students.

Experience has been okay.

College Infrastructure

There's no college as such however the locations where practicals or other classes are conducted are quite decent and will equipped to handle the number of students as well as provide instruction properly.
