IGNOU has a well-established infrastructure. Here are some of the key infrastructure facilities: 1. Central Library with a vast collection of books, journals and research papers. 2. State-of-the art virtual classroom facility.
As an ODL student, I'm not bound to attend any lectures, because of which I am not well aware of the hostel infrastructure. Students who choose their regional and study centers according to their comfort, like sports or mess, may get the facilities but not everyone.
Hey there,
Yes, as a diploma holder with 30 years of work experience, you can apply for an MBA through IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) via online or distance mode. However, there are a few things to keep in mind:
Eligibility
: For IGNOU's MBA (offered through OPENMAT or the new restructured program), you generally need a bachelor’s degree. A diploma, regardless of your work experience, might not fulfill the degree requirement directly unless you have an equivalent qualification.
Alternate Path
: If you do not have a bachelor's degree, you can explore IGNOU’s
PG Diploma in Management (PGDIM)
, which can sometimes act as a stepping stone to an MBA.
Work Experience : While IGNOU values work experience, it is essential to meet the academic qualification (a recognized bachelor’s degree) to enroll in their MBA program.
You can check IGNOU's official website for detailed eligibility criteria or consult the admissions office for further clarification.
I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.
