My college Indira Gandhi National Open University New Delhi since I am doing masters in sociology from this college to open university so I don't know about much about my college infrastructure but since it is good
The academics of my college Indra Gandhi National Open University New Delhi their teachers are excellent and they are so experienced and knowledgeable in their specialize subjects and now it is progressing day by day
The placement of my college Indra Gandhi National Open University New Delhi has good opportunities related to placement the placements in my college is given to a good student and it provides good opportunities
Was good and spacious Infrastructure in this college and have a well maintained classroom with full AC and having a well maintained library and a well maintained smart board in all the class and have to cover all the thing.
Supportive teachers and corporative staff They occupied all the things and have to help students and they give suggestions to a student for further things in future and they always keep friendly nature with students.
The placement is not at the best peak of this college they don't bring campus placement at the college so the students is suffering so my request is to bring and see the future of students and to maintain it.
The college infrastructure exceeded my expectations. The modern architecture and well-designed classrooms create an ideal learning environment. The library is a haven for bookworms, and the online resources are extensive. The gym and sports facilities are well-maintained, promoting physical fitness. Overall, the college's infrastructure is a testament to their commitment to student well-being and academic success.
The college's academic offerings are top-tier. The professors are engaging and approachable, fostering a dynamic learning environment. The curriculum is comprehensive, covering both fundamentals and cutting-edge topics. The emphasis on research and hands-on experience is commendable. The college also provides ample academic support, ensuring student success. Overall, it's an institution that prioritizes academic excellence and equips students with the skills they need for a successful future.
The college's placement opportunities are top-notch. The dedicated placement cell assists students in securing internships and job offers with renowned companies. The extensive industry connections and on-campus recruitment drives are impressive. The college also offers personality development sessions, which boost students' confidence during interviews. The success stories of alumni in well-established careers reflect the college's strong focus on placements. It's a great place to kickstart a p
It is really good. It has all the necessary equipments, facilities. Colleges are well maintained and well cleaned. Library is the favourite spot because it offers variety of books for you to study and make use of them.
Quality of curriculum is nice. It offers various courses for you to do. You can select in which field you are interested in. I am studing ba in political science. I love politics subjects and my favourite subject is on Dr. Br ambedkar.
Quality of placement is ok but it offers variety of courses for the students. It is an open learning college and thus cannot really offer placements. But after doing the courses you can find yourself a great job.
It is quite affordable and provides quality education. Sometimes the books get delayed to deliver to your home but it is well maintained and I think my money is worth the quality of course i am getting.
My experience is very good and it is good for those who are not able to do regular college. It is best for them
The college provides distance learning and online education to the students. Although college is equipped with better facilities, central libraries; however, these facilities does not cater much to the students.
The syallabus is designed basis UGC provided regulations. Academics seems to be at par compared to any other Central University of India. It provides quality study materials both in form of print media and online media.
This university usually caters to those students who are already working in any kind of job and hence it becomes next to impossible for them to continue with regular education. Considering this, there is no such requirement for placements. However, the university provides good amount of placement opportunities to it's students if they want so.
The only thing that make it's a great college is it's value for money. One can pursue even management degrees at minimal cost of around Rs. 50k. The degree offered by IGNOU holds weightage even at international levels.
One has to miss out on this as this is a complete distance education Institute.
Overall, IGNOU seems to be the best college for those people who sought after value for money, are working professionals or wants to continue their education after a long break.
Infrastructure excellence defines our college, with air-conditioned classrooms, dependable Wi-Fi access, and cutting-edge smart boards. Our extensive three-floor library and fully-furnished sports center complete the enriching learning environment.
In my program, the teaching is exemplary. The faculty members, who have received education from prestigious colleges, are not only knowledgeable but also adept at conveying complex concepts in an understandable manner.
The placement scenario at our college can be described as moderate, based on feedback from both seniors and juniors. Approximately 60% of students secure placements, with the highest package reaching around 18 to 20 LPA. On average, students receive offers around 7 LPA. Despite this, the placement team is a valuable asset, providing substantial support to students throughout the process.
Indira Gandhi Open University has its own campus for learning. it is well equipped and furnished in all respect. The classrooms, laboratories, libraries were up to the mark. There was a very good International sports centre there.
I rarely attended the campus for my studies because of my personal problems and health reasons. So I never had my academic curriculum done as per requirements. The negative aspect of my study was that I could'nt gave time to my studies.
The students of open universities are not given proper attention. This also happened with me. But after completing my education I was married to a lawyer and thereafter engaged in a private hospital as a caretaker.
I hadn't spent much on my course as it costs very less in an open University. so I was happy when I got my job in private hospital where I was paid properly. Overall I was happy with my performance in education and life.
I didn't spend much time in my campus an mostly studied from my living home. This was the reason that I could not much appreciate my campus. However, the teachers, employees and other staff was very good in their behaviour.
I don't have much experience of my college because i had not spent much time there even for studies also.
Indira Gandhi Open National University does not have good building. Generally students have to go to take classes in the alloted student centre. Centre does not have wifi facilities. Some alloted study centre are not well maintained.
Study material is easy to understand . We don't need to attend the classes regularly as it is not mandatory to attend. Teachers are not in regularly required for study . A good and proper self study can successfully clear the exam.
IGNOU give placement to the students but it is not that good. Package is also not good. There is no clear guidline and procedure for placement drive organised by students as not every student get it properly.
IGNOU is open University the graduation degree we get is considered as distance learning course. The course fees is based on it . It is not high the course is we get from IGNOU. Student who can not afford regular course can get degree from IGNOU.
There is not any campus life in this University. It is basically the degree for getting degree only. College do not organise any annual function, compitition , society work, that a regular college organise.
For those students who want to attend the classes can take their classes in the allocated study centre either it is college or any other institute. Teachers provided proper guidelines and techniques to study and how to clear the exam.
This is not mandatory to attend the classes regularly as it is open University students some students are working and some are not are not staying in the nearest location so IGNOU provide study material and those student who want to school more in the subjects can take previous year notes which will be very beneficial.
Indira Gandhi open University arranges placement drive for the students and it regularly give messages to the students as and when the placement drive happen. However the package is not very high in the IGNOU placement drive.
As I am a student from science background the MSc fees is not very high it is up to the study material provided and examination held by the university. It also take practical for the students I think fees is money worthy.
The campus life in in IGNOU is not good because there this is open University and this University do not organise any cultural activities for enhancing the curriculum skill of the students. There is no there is no national service scheme and NCC.
My college Infrastructure is very nice.classrooms are big and fully A.C ..In library all books are available. In classroom smart boards are available.all things are well managed.food quality is quite good.coordiors and classrooms are clean.
I am doing BSC from there.I attended the session at the end of the weekend. Teachers are well educated and very cooperative. They also provide the session in the online mode also..They work on the updated curriculum. They provide me the books also..
Yes... placement is also gud.. placement will be done after the completion of the course. Minimum package is 3 lakh per annum. In my course there is no requirement of placement but my some friends are doing others courses there and they told me they can provide the placement.
It's completely Valve for money..course fee is not too much high..They provide everything like books,Notes etc.
Campus is too good fully AC.but the worst thing is that the AC is not working.students participated in evey curriculum activities.. student and teachers both are support each other.location of the university is completely safe..it can handle the emergencies very well.
Hello!
Yes, you can surely do M.Sc in Bioinformatics from DU after doing B. Sc from IGNOU. Many colleges and universities in India are accepting IGNOU degree.
You must have completed your graduation to get admission in any PG course.
Yes, you can pursue a one-year diploma course from IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) after completing your 10+2, but this alone will not make you eligible for the 3-year LLB program. Here’s how it works:
1. **Eligibility for LLB**:
For a 3-year LLB program in India, the minimum eligibility is a **bachelor’s degree** (BA, B.Sc, B.Com, etc.) from a recognized university. Simply completing a diploma after 10+2 will not fulfill the educational requirement for the LLB course. You must complete a full undergraduate degree (3 years or more) to be eligible for the LLB.
2. **Diploma from IGNOU**:
IGNOU offers various diploma courses in fields such as law, management, healthcare, and education, which can be beneficial for gaining specialized knowledge or enhancing your resume. However, a diploma does not replace a bachelor’s degree. You can pursue a diploma course in fields related to law, like a **Diploma in Paralegal Practice** or **Diploma in Human Rights**, but this is supplementary.
3. **Next Steps**:
To pursue the 3-year LLB, you should first complete a bachelor’s degree, after which you can apply for the LLB program at a recognized law college.
In summary, while a diploma can be beneficial, you still need a full bachelor’s degree to be eligible for the 3-year LLB course.
hope this helps you!!
IGNOU theory paper Passing marks for Master programme is 40%. It is 35% for Bachelor programme and you marks are below that so your marksheet show incomplete . If you are having less marks than above limit then you have to re-appear in exam or also you can reevaluate your marks. It is the same in the case of assignments you need to get 40 percent of total marks you have to pass individually both theory and assignment to pass the subject.
