Considering the cut off you do not have chances to get seat in JNTU or OU in the preferred course as the cut off is lower than the rank you have secured. Both the institute you have named are one of the top institutes in India. Now if you wish to go for any of the courses, then I would recommend you to go for the course of JNTUH CSE. The JNTUH CSE is a better choice compared to that of the Civil Engineering, because the core jobs in CSE are far better compared to that of Civil Engineering. The salary packages are higher in case of CSE and if you need to get a job and want to prepare for the MBA entrances, then going for the CSE will offer you a better prospect ahead.

Based on previous year cutoff analysis it seems difficult for you to secure a seat in mentioned colleges. The previous year cutoff for cbit was around 1449 , jntuh was around 662, ouce was around 1156 and for vasavi was around 3467.However you have secured a good rank through which you will definitely get a good college like MVSR, MGIT, Gokaraju rangaraju, KMIT, Vardhman etc. You can also get into JNTU Sultanpur and JNTU Manthani.

The original cut off for JNTU affiliated 171 Engineering colleges  Engineering is the rank below 5,000 that match with the criteria for taking admission in JNTU Hyderabad.The rank between 3,000  -5,000 is the very good rank to get Government Engineering colleges like Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University the public University for Engineering course of study for the students of Telengana and Andhra pradesh..

With the above mentioned rank in TS EAMCET in SC category, and based on the previous year TS EAMCET cutoff for JNTU Hyderabad, you have very little chances of getting CSE branch in this college. This is because the Minimum required rank for CSE branch in JNTU hyderabad for SC category (male) is around 4800-5800 for previous years and your rank is much higher than that.

As you have mentioned that you are not eligible for the entrance test for admission in Jawahar Lal Nehru Technological University.

Minimum eligibility criteria is to have 50% in class 10th and class 12th with subject combination of Physics Chemistry and Mathematics.

If you pass the eligibility criteria, you can open their official website, register with appropriate information like Name, date of birth and address along with your educational details correctly. You may need to upload the scanned copy of orginal mark sheets as required
