JNU’s campus spans over 1,000 acres, providing a serene, green environment well-suited for learning and research. The university’s Central Library is a notable resource, along with well-equipped labs and digital facilities. Hostel facilities offer basic amenities, including internet, dining, and recreational spaces. Sports facilities are available, along with medical support on campus. While JNU’s infrastructure is generally strong, some buildings and hostels could benefit from modernization. The university administration is actively working on upgrades, ensuring the campus meets the needs of its growing student body. Overall, JNU’s infrastructure fosters a balanced, academically enriching experience.

College Infrastructure

Facilities available are Wi-Fi, Classrooms, Library, reading room. Hostel facilities are very good in terms of food, washrooms and rooms. The quality of food in the SIS building is very good, and the medical facility is available 24 hrs in the campus. Sports and games facilities are available in the campus.

The School of Language, Literature and Cultural Studies at the Jawaharlal Nehru University offers the BA (Hons) French programme. Given below is the list of some of the core subjects offered in the programme:

The CUET exam is scored out of 800 and is made up of multiple-choice questions. The cut-off is based on the candidate's percentile. The cutoff decides on percentile of marks so the cutoff percentile is around 70 to 80 for st category candidates in CUET exam for uG courses as per previous years trends but if paper is easy it may goes up so be prepared for the exam.
