For the percentile you mentioned you may get rank around 270000 in crl and 87000 in obc.

There are two type of further reservation of domicile and non domocile

If you have domicile then closing rank for cs was around 47934 . So you have less chance of cs. You can get chemical,automobile, biotech for your rank. There is no reservation for non domicile obc candidates.
