Hello,

National Institute Of Technology Silchar is one of the 31 NITs of India and was established in 1967 as a Regional Engineering College in Silchar.

NIT Silchar is one of the safest colleges for girls. Most of the alumni there have confessed that the girls are treated really well and with respect here. It is a really safe for girls especially those who come from different cities. The faculty here is really good and makes sure that the students feel safe and are being treated well.

Hence, apart from the education here which is really good and they also have really oustanding placements, the atmosphere here is really comforting.

I hope this helps,

All the best

Greetings!

With both SC and home state quota coming into play together, it gives you a chance to get into the college, but only in core branches, for CSE/ Electrical related branches it is not going to be possible, and even in core branches even though you do have good chances you are still on border, so you can't be 100% sure on that.

However you can use this following predictor to get further information
