Tuition fees are completely waived off as per the government regulations. other fees to be paid towards Enrollment, Examination, Convocation, Caution money deposit, Alumni, IT Deposit. Only  5% of total seats shall be filled by TFW scheme. Students admitted under this scheme shall not be allowed to change Institution or course under any circumstances. Admission is strictly on merit number through admission committee.TFW scheme shall be applicable for the complete duration of the course.

The competition for cse branch is very high as it is the most preferred branch by many engineering aspirants. Therefore the candidate has to get a rank of below 100 to make it into the college. The hostels in NIRMA University provide accommodation to only postgraduate students. They do not provide hostel facility to undergraduates. You'll have to live in private hostels or as paying guest. There are a lot of accommodation facilities available in Ahmedabad, you won't have any issue.

There is no specific cutoff for Nirma University. It changes every year depending upon the difficulty level of the exam. 

Considering your score, you have good chances to get admission at Nirma University. Even past year trends have shown that a score above 100 is decent enough to get admissions here.

Generally Nirma Invites its first 500 candidates of the merit list who have applied and further the remaining ones depending upon the vacancies.

They have active placements with 150+ recruiters offering average salary package as 8-10 lacs per annum.

Generally rank upto and around 4000is good enough for admissions here and if  your rank is well within the range then getting admission here will not be tough. But vacancies can stretch the ranks upto 10000 as well. The past year admissions have observed such stretches. If there are vacancies this year as well, then you may be offered admission in Nirma University.

The quality of education at both the institutes is good . The students are also very supportive at both the institutions , but the crowd at nirma university is slightly better then sjce . The rules at nirma university are very strict than sjce , the sudents have to get an attendance above 85% .The faculty is better at sjce than nirma university . The labs at both the institutes are very good and the maintainence of labs is also good . Both the universities have the facilities like huge playground, gym , good library etc: At both the universities the students have to write many assignments and internals exam .Sjce is famous for its 5 year programme scheme .  The placements at both the institutes is very good especially for computer science students . The students get an average annual package of around RS. 4 LAKHS TO RS. 6 LAKHS which varies every year. So , in conclusion both the institutes are very good at their respective levels. 

When the jee main counselling proceedings begin in the very first phase of seat choosing you need to fill the required universities you're interested to take admissions on the basis of your score and rank of jee main. After that if your rank would be enough then you would be given a chance to seek admission into that, however if you dont get one you can wait for the other rounds of counselling as well.
