The last year cut off indicates that the candidates with percentile between 75 to 80% have secured a seat for the B.Tech course in University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Chandigarh. Sorry, you can't be able to get admission in Punjab engineering college. I think your rank is around 50000 with this percentile and the cutoff of Last year was minimum 33000 for other state quota. If you belong to Punjab then you have a chance to get admission in production engineering in Punjab engineering college because of your home state quota.
