YES, it's true that are college has a good infrastructure. like there are proper class rooms and classes also held by respective teachers of their subject. but if any thing damages in campus, it took a long time to get it repaired again.it's a very long process. there are so much greenery around the college. it is also taken care. so many employees are there who are doing their work nicely. but there are little too who are bit lazy. we have equipments in our labs but they are too old to learn.
yes, we can say academics are quite good but not too good, in my opinion. some prof. are literally dashing and knowledgable while some don't take lectures properly on time. but i don't think it is updated. it needs some more improvements
placements does but too low on a low package. we should work on it to improve it more, like such componies like infosys and some others too come here to take children but it's package is not worthy. some tries on their own and get themself selected while some who can't, they leg behind.
well, i don't know much about it. because i am from GAS seat and i find this seat fees suitable for my family condition
campus is too big and too good. we may sit anywhere and study. there are too many gardens too to feel nature beauty. students and teachers are cooperative. library is big and airy and it's fine. some playgrounds canteen all things are awesome there but it wants some little improvement.
college life is awesome.
I was happy with the college infrastructure. The newly build LT is very good. It changed my perception towards engineering colleges, specially the govt one. The CS IT building is awesome too. Tough the remaining buildings are average but not bad.
Well, most of the teachers are cooperative to be honest. They are helping IF the student is willing to work. They are not ignorant. Its not like they will not insist you to study. They will guide you, if YOU are willing to seek guidance.
Placements depends on the student's callibre totally. If you are talented, companies will offer you a handsome amount. If you are average, then take the average package of 3-4 lpa. This is as simple as that! Work hard and get your dream job.
Other than cs and petroleum building, other all are very dirty and old. Sometimes even dogs enters inside the classrooms ,washrooms are very dirty..in all not the best college in terms of infrastructure
The quality is not that bad...teachers are hood experienced so i think not that bad . But many a times few subject teachers never come... and that's the drawback.labs are also not that bad but with few equipments..
I have no idea about that..as it's just an semester that's completed .but i think that the placement is not 100%,it lies around maybe 40% to maybe 50%. And the average package is maybe around 3-4 lack per anum
Is good for ur pockets..i don't think they charge much
There are some club activities but not that gr8
Yes, College have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments. In class rooms boards , fans are facilated. In library net is provided and books. In sports sector all sports Material is provided. In hostels WiFi is not provided.
I am studying electronics and communication engineering because in branch more opportunities in future. teaching quality is not good.I am studying more languages. In electronics branch we study languages .
The quality of placement is not good. I don't now the right percentage of placement but the highest package is 40 lakhs in petroleum engineering.the placements are not due to teachers involvement. So all this about aour College.
Per year 80 thousands. No, money is not worth because study is not proper in college.
Campus is constructed on much larger area but the buildings are not good.students give full support but some teachers give support. not much safe.yes
No
all facilities in this clg are good all the teachers are very helpful. seniors also very helpful and we enjoyed there company there are many things which is good from another collages so this college is best
I'm studying b.tech in electronics and communication the whole things are knowledgeable and good teaching faculties all faculties are knowledgeable and make us veryy comfortable to studing this all and library have all books which are we required
in this college placements well and in this collage all student's future are bright and our seniors which are paas out from this clg have success in many fields and hope that we also do the same we have placment sell so..
I'm happy to admit in this college my money worth it
it is a good college
all good
College Infrastructure is good. The buildings are 'a bit' old but maintained. Though some fans are not functional but its fine, we are in a government college afterall. Apart from this, CS department has a new building with modern facilities. We have also a Lecture theatre.
I am pursuing Electronics and communication engineering. Most of the faculty is good and have a deep knowledge of their subjects. Though, some faculties are not there, so classes may get skipped. But recruitment is to be done soon. Most of the professors are good and ready to help.
Placements are average to be honest. Average package hovers around 3 to 4 lacs per annum in the giants like TCS, infosys. But some students, like my sister herself, grab packages like 12 lacs, and the highest one till now is around 22 lacs. So you see its the hardwork of the student that matters!
The college was established in 2006, so the building are of that time. Infrastructure is maintained but few fans are still not working in old buildings. CS department has a brand new building. LT is also constructed recently.
Apart from couple of teacher(in every batch) all other teachers are experienced and cooperative. If you are willing to work then they are with you. Maths and chemistry department in first year is awesome. Later on, everything is fine.
Placements are average here. Average package is around 3 to 4 lacs per annum in the giants like Infosys. Though, the highest packages are 12 lacs, 22 lacs so if you are talented and hard working, then the sky is the lower limit.
Awesome College life. Great value for Money.
Yes the college has all the necessary infrastructure though the building are a bit old for some branches. The classrooms of the old building are not that good but the new building one's are beautiful. The library of thee college is huge but one problem is there there is no machine aur anything which memorizes where the book is kept.Sports facilities are upto the mark considering it is an government college there are lot of sports like TT, Badminton,Lawn Tennis etc.And all the living spaces are goo
I m studying B-Tech in Electronics and communication engineering. The teacher of the branch are very good and all the facilities regarding the equipment which are necessary are available in our college
As of the track record of our college the placement the placement ratio is quite good almost all thee student who sit in company interview got selected the highest salary package of our college is 22 lacs.
Have laboratories but do not have any Laboratory attender. No wifi. Constructing unnecessary building , instead of providing new equipments in labs. It looks like our College's building is about more than 25 years old. But, talking about whole campus, it's a good place to roam around with your girlfriend ?
Right now I'm persuing my B.Tech. from UD, RTU, Kota and its my 1st year. In my 1st semester, half of the time teachers don't came into the class (Not all teachers only few) and rest of the time we bunked the classes (Surprisingly, even teacher do not care about it all). Aur phy. wale lab attendant ke toh kya hi kehne , woh aur uska teen pati on computer, bhad m jaye students ke practical.
Placement ke baare m toh jyada pata nhi pr aagr M.Tech. karke jack-wagera laga li toh isi college m chota mota teacher lagawa denge. Abhi tak bas ye hi pata chala h ki Petroleum Branch ke students ki hi achi placement hoti h. Baki Ram bharose
Aur haan , Agar koi bhi ye soch kar ata ho ki is College m apna skills dikhana h , toh mat hi ana is college m. Is college k koyi bhi club ko college support nhi karta (In terms of Guidance,Money, etc.) , bas creadit lene sab aa jate h. Sirf students ke support se hi chalta h sara club (Except Robotics Club).
The college has the necessary infrastructure.Chalks and blackboard are available in the classrooms. And WiFi is also available.Dogs often come in the corridors...Otherwise the campus is hygienic and clean.
I am a student of b.tech 1st year ECE branch. And quality of teaching is good.In physics semester..physics teacher was not available but otherwise the teachers taught well..In chemistry sem. teachers are arriving regularly and teaching well.
I do not have much idea about the placementsas i am in the first year but acc. to the seniors the placements are alright. And students from rtu are also working in various areas like ISRO and various other fields also.
Course cost is not much and is payable but i feel that the money is not been utilised properly and that money can be utilised in making various new infrastructure, peoviding more and advanced facilities and the whole area of the campus which is obviously large can be made wonderful.......(Hoping for the best in near future!)
College campus is embraced by nature as there is greenery almost everywhere.I love the spectacular view of peacocks and birds around us.This is the most beautiful feature of RTU,Kota and worst feature is that the huge campus area can be utilised much much more which is not being properly done.Students and teachers are friendly and caring. And it is safe too.
Hi
hope you doing well
You may have a chance to get Computer Science (CS) in government engineering colleges, but it will likely depend on specific cutoffs and seat availability.
With an 85.79 percentile, you may have a chance to secure a CS seat in RTU Kota, but it could be competitive. It will depend on how high the cutoff goes for general category students in the CS branch.
Other government-affiliated colleges under REAP may offer you a better chance for admission into CS or related branches like IT.
Participation in state-level counseling can give you a wider range of options.

Hello Aspirant ,
As per your rank and considering that you are from st category you have fair chances to get cse branch in RTU kota .
However there may be slight chances for the cut offs to be varied depending upon certain factors such as number of candidates appearing in the examination, previous year cutoffs and difficulty level of the paper, number of seats available in the college.
If you can also try for lower level NITs like Meghalaya, Mizoram, Srinagar , Agartala.
For more information about the cut offs you can check out the link given below -
