RTU Kota Reviews on Infrastructure, Campus, Placement, Facilities & Faculty

RTO has the biggest campus of 385 acres. Infrastructure is also good. Separate buildings for aeronautical computer science engineering petroleum department are there. Laboratories are also good but needs more improvement.

That totally depends on the student ability. The professors are of doctorate level. Senior professor are very much talented in teaching field and experienced improving acadamics is in the students hands

Not up to the mark ? companies like Infosys Wipro TCS visit the campus but the average package is very much less and are not up to the needs of a person. Why does same time fuse students are able to grab very good packages from the same college. That depends on your skills and your ability. Criticizing college for placement is not good at all.the magnitude of effort you will put in today will be increase the chances of better and better placement tomorrow

Government institute is above all the private institutes and last but not least I must say that it is a leading technical institute in the entire Rajasthan.

Infrastructure is very very poor. Classrooms have cracked blackboards ,fans(only some working) and broken benches. In between classes some uninvited guests like dogs comes to attend class. Overall it's really bad.

Completion of classes as per scheduled curriculum is not followed. Some professors are remarkable but others can't even be remarked. Libraries have old torn books which can now be kept in museums but still we are studying from them!!

Quality is average as compared to other college placements. Average salary offered is 2-3 anum probably. And ya most of the placements these days are taking place mostly in software fields. I'm not sure about the percentage of placements .

They not have all infrastructure but they are giving us some knowledge about that . They have libraries, sports center and hostels but not well maintained. Yes the living space is clean and food is hygienic

I am studying rajasthan technical University for BTech to complete my graduation and earn some money for my family. Yes curriculum is updated and recent developments in the field But I don't know about that by study makes my job ready

Student skills has been the quality of placement of my college The percentage of students are depend on that placement and skill also I am doing BTech from RTU kota The average salary package Is 3to 4 lakhs per years

Yes our college have all necessary facilities and equipments. In classrooms study table, electricity and Wi-Fi also available. Wi-Fi also available in library, hostel and laboratories. In sport centre some sports equipment are available.

I am studying bachelors of technology in electronics and communication engineering because i think in future it have great job opportunities. In rajasthan technical University quality of teaching is not bad or not so good but it will teaches us importance of self study. I think curriculum is updated and includes all recent developments in this field are done.

Placements are not so good in our college. There are above 65% placements. And highest package of placements is above 8-10 lac per annum. The average salary offered is above 3.5-4.5 lacs per annum. And college is supportive for placements.

In rajasthan technical University elections and communication engineering cost per year is 80000 per year and Hostel and mess charge not includes in this.

College campus is the largest college campus in whole Rajasthan. Some technical clubs are running in campus and every student can join these clubs. These clubs grow our technical knowledge. Some teachers are very supportive in this college. It is placed in on road. It is safe. For emergency we can go nearest area where hospitals are available.

My experience in rajasthan technical University, kota is very good at this time.

The campus have 4 blocks which are A,B,C,D as A block is of electronics and electrical department.B block is for Civil department.C block is of Mechanical department and D block is for applied sciences.There is seminar hall in Vc secretariat,Big sports ground.There are 2 gardens which are Aghora garden and CP garden.Punjab national bank is Also located in campus .Post office facility is also available in the campus .

Academics are average we can not say best but is average .there are highly educated professors and associate professor which teach students the advanced and latest technologies.There are midterms which held in every 2 month and at last end semester exams.For practical teachers are appointed which are external and they take practicals very genuinely which forces student to learn every concept related to practical knowledgeable which is quite good thing .

Placements are not so good because very less companies visits the college and the big product based companies never visits the college that's why our college is very back in placements,Companies like IBM ,Infosys and Accenture visits the college which are mass recruiter and hire a lot of students at very low package.

Basically it cost 77k per year.If placements improve qin future then our college can become best of Rajasthan.But latest technologies sucs as 3D printer is recently established in lab which gives student a practical and live experience.Many points which are demerit of this college are improving day by day .I hope my college will be among top in government college of India .

Our Technical fest name is THAR and cultural fest is ANUKRITI.The techno management fest THAR is of 3 days in which many workshops and event are held with different associated cash prizes .All the festivals are celebrate with joy and happiness all around the campus .On independence day marathon is also organised.The meet of national service scheme is also held regular on every Sunday in which student are motivated towards their duty.

Overall college is good but placement must be improved so that student can get jobs and placed at good and high packages ,More companies should visit the college and analyse the students based on their talent.

Our college has a huge campus as there are all the facilities available such ad Sports ground,Gymnasium and badminton hall,separate department for every branch.Some of the building are newly constructed and all have WiFi technology but the building which are construed earlier are not attractive much as they are old.There is proper parking facilities for 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler vehicles.There are 2 girls hostel and 4 boys hostels separately for 1,2,3,4 year student's.

Academic of this college is average as in first class was not held regular but in second year class held regularly. All the professors and HOD focus on topics which are important for gate examination.In all the laboratries technician and assistant professor are appointed which will help you at every moment.Associate professors and guest faculty are appointed which teaches in classrooms and designs question paper for exams.For semester practical exams external faculties are appointed.

Placements are not up to the mark because of improper condition of placement cell.Placement cell is not effective in terms of effort. But this year new vice Chancellor has been appointed so we can see a change in placements. Only mass recruiter visits the college such as Infosys,IBM and Tata consultancy services etc. Students are placed but at very low package .

Yes it costs 77 k per year there is also scholarship for students which are top 3 admission score holders it is known as Tuition fee waiver scheme.The branches such as Electronics and instrumentation control, Production and industrial, Civil etc has also government aided seat option which cost less fees as compared to other core branches annual fees.

Campus life of this college is best because seminars,Festivals and scrutiny are held every month on different occasions. In some days technical fest of year will be managed which is THAR.Inter branch Tournaments in sports also held which give students chance to show their sporting skills.Campus is of 375 acres you can explore many more things in a environment full of knowledge, Fun and happiness.

The college is best if the placements condition and percentage of students placed improve in this college which is the biggest demerit of the college.

Currently I am studying electronics and communication engineering from this universitiy. Laboratories of electronics department is fully updates with air conditioning rooms.Programming languages also taught to non -tech branch students also to improve their interview skills.But academics of this institute need more development and growth to make best opportunity for students in placements.All the professor's are highly educated .

Placement are not good upto the extreme level as only mass recruiter visits the college for placements.According to recent data of this year 90 Student placed in Infosys at the package of 3.25 lakh which is not sufficient.Placement cell need to work on their planning and strategy .More companies should visit college so student can showcase their talent as none of the big companies visit the college for placements drive.

Basically The fees of particular year is 77000 which includes academics and hostel fee is about 8000 per year and mess fee is 22000 per semester. Yes ,In case of hostel all the facilities are good but in academics it need more developement.As Colleges is trying to grow as construction of aeronautical department is going on and new machines in mechenical department is also established few days ago.

The best part of the college is campus and it's life .As technical event of the year is know and THAR and cultural events is ANUKRUTI.All the important workshop are held in college as there are different clubs which are Technical and non Technical both.Location is extremely beautiful as it is situated on bank of chambal river Kota.Best thing of this colleges Is security you can see security guards at every point of college .There are different clubs such as Techknights,Wordsworth,Robotics etc.

My experience at this college is good as you can grow yourself in this environment.Senior are also good they will help you in every aspect of life .The non academics part of this college is also impressive as you can make lot of memories here .
