Hi
In Round 1 you have more chances of getting a branch of your choice because highest number of seats are filled in Round1.
And Round 2 is for those who missed filling round 1. So in round 2 also you have chances of getting a branch of your choice because sometimes students who get selected in round 1 do not go for admissions because of better options in some other university.
All The Best!
Hello Manikanta,
Well university doesn't provide information about exact fund but scholarship is provided to students getting 6 or above GPA.The scholarship system at SNU is pretty complex.Initially it is only for the first year. But if you maintain a CGPA of 6 then your scholarship remains intact. But keep in mind the following cases-
After your first year you have to maintain your SGPA(6) every semester. If you fail to do so then you end up giving full fees for the semester.
Eg -
1. You get a CGPA above 6 in the first year, you retain your scholarship for the 3rd semester. To retain it for the 4th semester, you have to get SGPA above 6 in the 3rd semester.
2. You get SGPA below 6 in first semester, no worries, you are still in your scholarship band, perform well in the 2nd semester to get a CGPA of 6+, scholarship remains intact.
Now what if you have a CGPA between 5.90 and 6.00.
To not lose your scholarship in this case keep in mind these 2 points-points-
1. An SGPA of 7 or above in 2nd semester
2. No F grade in any subject
Good luck.

Hi,
The admission process of Shiv Nadar University is that they don't just consider your mains marks or boards score for selection and/or decision of your branch of study.Everything is kept in mind along with your SNUSAT,APT and your SOP.
Hey,
Please tell me your score so that i can assist you further and resolve your query properly?
Fir any other query do contact us anytime!

Greetings Shriya!
Hope you're doing great.
Shiv Nadar University(SNU) is a private University in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. Established in the year 2011, it's an initiation lead by Shiv Nadar Foundation. The School of Management and Entrepreneurship started in the year 2016. So, it's relatively new in b-school. The university offers MBA in various specialization i.e Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR etc
Now, answer to your question is 'YES' you're very much eligible to get interview call with that CMAT score. The cutoffs generally lie in between 70-75 percentile. Have said that it's a bit new management school you can also search out for other options as well. XIMIE, Mumbai and VIT also except CMAT score and you have high chances there as well. The cutoff of the mentioned business school is in a similar bracket.
Eligibility Criteria: A candidate should have passed graduation with minimum 50% marks from any stream and recognized University. A candidate can apply through CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT.
The institute also conducted its own entrance examination called SMAT. Admission is also done on the basis of marks secured in SMAT examination followed by GD and PI rounds(SMAT will have three sections: Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning and Verbal and Reading Comprehension. Each section will have 40 marks. The duration of the test will be 120 minutes).
Course Fee: The curriculum fee is somewhere around 10-11 lacs.
Seat Availability: Total 60 seats are available
Admission in SNU is not entirely based on competitive exam, the admission board also look into the profile and several other criteria before giving admission. The candidate is judged on the basis of communication, logical and extra-curricular criteria. Profile based calls are also common phenomena in SNU for management courses.
Placement: Placements are pretty decent in SNU. One can expect average placement between 8-10lacs and highest package is around 20 lacs as per university records. All in all SNU MBA has rigorous curriculum and students are placed in renowned companies.
Hope, this will help. Do reach out in the comment section below in case of any query.
All the best! Cheers!

Hello Shashank,
Shiv Nadar University is not good for doing MBA.
The reason being that its not listed in ratings by various institutes on various parameters.
Its not listed on TIME,CL,IMS Ratings so it wouldnt be much better than rest.
i would suggest you to refer careers360 rankings on B school in their portal.
Shiv Ndar University even though it has gained fame vut still its not in list of top tier1,2,3, b school list
Hope it clears your doubt.
Feel free to ask more queries.
All the best.
The infrastructure of the college is amazing as the university makes under the Shiv Nadar group. The campus area is quite big and well build. All the classroom and labs have necessary facilities. All have A.C. with decent wifi connectivity. The food is hygienic and eatable. There are ground for almost every sport.
Except for the swimming pool almost all the sports facilities are available. The classrooms and the sports complex are fantastic. Labs are world class . There is even a botanical garden inside the campus which is beautiful.
What a infrastructure Beauty pure beauty very well maintained and designed infrastructure of 300 acres with 5 buildings dedicated to academics with sports club and library having its separate huge building.
