The library was quite large and enough books were there . There was no ac in the classroom and there was no smart classroom. Wifi is there in college but speed is ok. It was hygienic throughout the campus
All the medical facilities are available, and sports and games are very good. Wi-Fi is available. Classrooms are clean and all facilities provided in the library are available. There are messes in hostels, and the quality of the food is too good. I urge all students to join this college.
YES, COLLEGE HAVE ALL THE NECESSARY INFRASTRUCTURE , FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT BUT I THINK THE COLLEGE CLASS ROOM SHOULD HAVE ONE SMART BOARD AND PROJECTOR FOR UPGRADE THE EXPERIENCE OF STUDY. YES ALL THE LIVING SPACES IS CLEAN.

If we go through previous year's data of seat allotment On the basis of data mentioned in the question by you, you have no chances of CSE branch in Bengal College of Engineering and Technology, Durgapur as the closing rank for CSE branch was somewhere around 80k for previous year.

Both the colleges you have mentioned are chosen by many students and they have quite moderate reputation. Now when ever one needs to compare between two colleges then one need to consider some of the basic parameters such as:
Now if we consider all this point, then suddenly its of no doubt BCET is a better college compared to that of the APS Bangalore. BCET have a better lab and library infrastructure available which is one of the important thing one need. Apart from this, there are more number of faculties available in the BCET who have better qualification compared to that APS Bangalore and also the faculties have quite a good diversity. Now both the colleges you have mentioned are affiliated by Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi , so the curriculum followed by this colleges are the same. Now from the placement perspective also the package offered in CSE is better than that of APS and the placement rate is around 82% in average.
