It's Greater Kolkata College of engg and mgmt. Under JIS group is one of the best collages around for students. Very good overall college in Kolkata. Green grass are around us everywhere. A big playground is here for playing many games.

Though my department of Mechanical Engineering is favourite for its labs, facilities, faculties and it is as good in other sections also. Certainly our college provides adequate infrastructure and quality teaching of the faculty members here.

The ME department of GKVEM is my favourite one in this college as students passing out as well existing ones make it big be it projects or getting jobs at reputed companies. Overall best placement we have. And the best well educated professors helps us tech us for excellent study.

Our college has a great infrastructure . All classrooms are large and clean . Libraries and laboratories have well and innovative books and gadgets. Our campus is full of different trees which make our college more attractive and more beautiful.

I am studying Mechanical Engineering in B. Tech. I love Mechanical gadgets that's why I choose this subject. quality of teaching is very good . Our faculties are experienced and arrange different webinars, digital projects, daily classes in this pandemic situation.

Training and placement department of GKCEM engages highly qualified and experienced people from academics and industry and offers opportunities for students though various industry visits and campus recruitments and beyond curriculum training also. A lot of reputed companies like QUALCOMM, PINNACLE INFOTECH , MOTHERSON that approach the college for placements , so that students are bound to have a secure future.

Most of the teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable, Facilities for students are good. Teachers always help us for solution of any problem. They always encouraged us for success. Excellent Teaching quality.

About 75% students of our batch got selected by different national and multinational companies through campus placement. Placement related training and training for other competitive exam held regularly.

the college have a very good infastructure and learning experience.All the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment is available .The class rooms are very clean and well maintained. laboratories and libraries are also very well equipped. But there is no open wifi for the students in the campus that is not good at all.The college campus is very clean and well maimtained.Food of the cantene iis not as per their cost. But the cantene is very clean.

Recently i am studying CSE or Computer Science engineering here and the quality of teaching is extra ordinary.The course is updated for recent market and make you job ready.So in my course of cse all the syllabus is updated .

The placement is very good in this college.85-90% of the batch get placed in the campus placement.many big companies are the recruiter of this colllege. Also you are being prepared from the beginning for your job.

The Total course fee is far less than other engineering colleges when compared. Also in this less fee structure there is a bus transport available . which make it a total value of money.

Most of the teachers and faculty members are very helpful in any problem you face in your college life.the behavior of most teacher is very good and also other stuffs are very well behaved.

It is a great experience to be a part of this college. A great academic experince with a great infrastucture maka it a great place to learn new things everyday.

College infrastructure is very good. We have very well decorated classrooms and libraries.The hostel infrastructure is also good. We have the facility of wifi in our college. The living spaces are clean and food are also hygienic.

I am studying computer science and engineering in btech. The quality of teaching is quiet good.Teachers are always ready to help us in study. Even in this lock down situation they try their best to help us through online classes.

Good placement is provided by the college. Good amount of salary package is provided. most of the students who perform good in the interview and also have a good marks in the semester get selected.They get good amount of salary from the company

What are you studying and why? What is the quality of teaching? A. I'm studying civil btech, and the quality of teaching is really good. Teachers are eager to help you with studies. Faculty is really good here.

I don't know much about placement here, so I pass it. But yeah I saw many of my senior gets job. What has been the quality of placements at your college? What percentage of students were placed? What was the highest salary?

It's hard to being judged knowledge with money but yeah if you comming with a package under 2 laks, it's worth it. How much did your course cost per year? A. 40,000rs Do you feel you are getting your money's worth? Why?

Talking about the campus, it really good and views are really great. Even you have water body there and the cold wind....ahhhhh....just the feel you want. Nearly everyone is supportive there and about the location it's easy to find.
