Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Food Technology is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, Kolkata.

Eligibility Criteria

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

College Infrastructure

The college has wonderful infrastructure and facilities. Labs have modern equipment and machines. Hostel is in good condition and has well facilities. Security system is also very strict. The whole college is under CCTV. WIFI is available in the total campus.

The campus, faculties, education, placement are great.

College Infrastructure

The campus and the atmosphere are extremely pleasant, neat and clean. There are large classrooms, laboratories with necessary machines. Students have book bank facilities from library. There are large play grounds full of greeneries where cultural fest, technical fest, various sports tournaments are arranged every year. Besides Hostel facilities and wifi facilities are also available inside the campus. It is an anti-ragging campus. Students try to maintain the disciplines.

My experience is all over good & I'm very much satisfied.

College Infrastructure

Cleanliness and hygiene has always been a primary focus followed by well-maintained labs with modern equipments. Library gives us huge access to subject-oriented books, reference books, journals, magazines. In our college, there is basketball court, gym, sports rooms, smart classrooms, free wifi services. Rules and regulations has always been it's strong point by appointing anti-ragging cell, integrated security solutions, CCTV.
