Every year, the ranking system and cutoffs change on the basis of several factors like - the no. of students who appeared for exam, the difficulty level of the paper etc. This is why e-counselling is done based on the current year's results.

Well if you have not performed well in your WBJEE exam, then rather than taking admission through management quota, you should prepare for other engineering exams and score good in those. Anyways, if you still wish to go for Haldia institute of technology, you need to consult the agent and it depends how much donation you need to provide for admission in CSE department.

Usually, it may vary from 3-4 Lakhs excluding the college fees, which means you need to pay your college course fees, hostel fees and then the donation which is not a preferrable decision to carry forward.
