Mostly colleges takes JEE main for engineering admission and cutoff for lateral entry is different than 12th pass out students admission. Some colleges conducts a different exam for lateral entry candidates.

There is no separate exam to be taken. You will get selected as per your score in KEAM exam.
Indian Maritime University:- It has not given the cutoff. It accepts IMU-CET for admission. It provides Btech in marine engineering.

Indian Maritime University will release the application form registration window from 1st week of april in online mode. The last date will be around 2nd week of may.
For OBC and General the fees for application form is Rs.1000. and for ST/SC is 700. Candidates have to pay online.
the eligibility criteria for the exam is;-
Candidates must have passed 10 and 12 from a recognized board and must have Physics,Chemistry,Mathematics and English as major subjects. For general the percentage bar is 60% aggregate and minimum 50% in english. For SC/ST , there is 5% relaxation in aggrregate percentage but not in english subject.
