Jayamatha Engineering College is an AICTE-approved university with multiple engineering courses. Jayamatha Engineering College admissions are carried out on a rolling basis, and there is no particular date of admission provided.

For under-graduate programs, the college takes into account performance in entrance exams and 12th standard marks under general admissions. Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) is taken into account for post-graduate admissions. The college admits students to post-graduate programs based on the Common Engineering Entrance Test and Admission (CEETA-PG).

Application Process

For B.E. Programs:

Degree wise Admission Process

B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering): Jayamatha Engineering College offers six B.E. courses with sanctioned intake of 254 students. The B.E. courses admissions are conducted on the basis of merit in entrance exams and 12th standard marks. The following B.E. courses are available:

2. Mechanical Engineering (51 seats)
3. Electronics and Communication Engineering (45 seats)
4. Electrical and Electronics Engineering (34 seats)
5. Instrumentation and Control Engineering (34 seats)

M.E. (Master of Engineering): One M.E. program is conducted by the college in Computer Science and Engineering with a strength sanctioned of 16 students. TANCET scores are considered for admission to the M.E. program. Admission is conducted through Common Engineering Entrance Test and Admission (CEETA-PG).
