The college's infrastructure is average, with normal lab facilities and subpar electronic components. IT and CSE computer labs suffer from poor specs and occasional lag. However, the department is NBA accredited. The mechanical workshop is impressive, and most classrooms have projectors. Some classrooms have digital boards. WiFi is weak, but the extensive library covers all engineering topics, core & non-core subjects. Limited sports facilities but strong security and ragging-free environment.

MCKVIE is an esteemed institution with an "A" grade accreditation from NAAC, and all its departments hold NBA accreditation. Being autonomous, the college maintains an updated curriculum, surpassing the syllabus prescribed by MAKAUT. However, there is room for improvement in the curriculum. The teaching-learning experience at MCKVIE is very good,with professors who are supportive in academics as well as higher studies, skill development.They readily offer guidance for publishing research paper.

Despite the recession, MCKVIE's placement graph has seen a decline. However, in previous years, the college achieved over 90% placement rate. The active TP cell focuses on developing soft skills and communication. This year's off-campus placements reached maximum of 10 LPA,on-campus secured up to 8 LPA, with an average of 4.5 LPA. CSE,IT,ECE students often secure placements in non-core companies. Core branches like automobile and mechanical also receive attractive offers from relevant companies.

Similar to other private colleges, MCKVIE has high fees, which slightly increase each year. In 2021, the fees for the course was 4 lakhs. However, the college does not charge any additional fees. The registration fees for tech fests and workshops are affordable. Seminars, conducted by personnel from large MNCs or institutes, are free of cost. MCKVIE offers a conducive educational environment that justifies the fees charged by the college.

The campus is strictly ragging-free, fostering a safe and inclusive environment. The bond between teachers and students is strong, and seniors are highly supportive. Student clubs and departments organize various technical events, hackathons, and competitions. The cultural events and fests are commendable. While the canteen food is satisfactory, there is room for improvement. The girls' hostel is conveniently located within the campus, while the boys' hostel is a short walk away.

MCKVIE presents a compelling case for admission, boasting a ragging-free campus, strong teacher-student bonding, helpful seniors, and a vibrant event scene. Nevertheless, there is room for improvement in areas such as canteen food quality, infrastructure enhancement of labs, and proximity of the boys' hostel to the campus.

Yes,all necessary stuff are available. Library, laboratories,sports centers all are well-maintained.The living spaces are clean and the food are also hygienic.and wifi,smart boards also available.overall all good.

It's autonomous college and it's curriculum are updated.New branch are added I'm studying information Technology there teaching quality is very good.No, all recent developments are not included still now.

It's package in average 4lpa per annum. I guess 85 to 90% students getting placed. It's highest package i guess 18 lpa.yes, the placement process is easy and pleasant.For core branches ,the placement process is easy.

College provides every necessary equipment, classes being spacious, a properly maintained library. Labs are specifically well maintained with all sorts of devices in its proper condition. The college really maintains its clean environment.

Talking about academics, the teachers are proficient in their subject, they take utmost care while explaining every small bit of topics. The teachers are very friendly and easy to go to. Also, the notes and materials they have provided till now is pure gold.

Placements are generally very good in this college with people getting well placed in top MNCs per year. This year almost 95% of the students got placed with individuals acquiring bags of companies ..

Infrastructure is good but if you are if you take admission by thinking the campus will be big it not so. It has a basketball court only. It's only so called full wifi campus , you will get only 34mb per phone number to use.

I am studying electrical engineering because I didn't get the CSE seat. Teachers are good knowledgeable and helpful. This college placement is fair for core department and very good for CSE IT department .

Placement for core department is fair but the placement for CSE and IT department is very good . Companies like cognizant Capgemini etc comes here . In 2020 the percentage were near about 75-80% students placed.

My per year fees is ₹80000-86000. I think is ok ok value for money.

Campus Life is good seniors are helpful. It's a ragging college.

Although our college does not have a big campus but infrastructure and facilities are provided for laboratories . We have a gym, game room and also a basketball court. Students from outside the Town can stay in hostels though there are good pg nearby the college

In most of the engineering colleges overall fees for 4 years is around 3.5 -4 lakhs. Our per semester fees is around 41000-42000 . You will definitely get your money's worth of you are studying in Computer science or Information technology as most placements are form these streams

The infrastructure of our college is very good. We are improving our educational life in a very healthy environment. Our college has a big library, and an auditorium in the college. our college has provided all sports facilities but no cricket ground in college. Teachers and the other staff members of our college are very humble and have good manners.

I am studying in electrical Engineering of b.tech course. I have great interest in electrical so, I have to choose this course. Teachers are experienced and qualified. We have an amazing faculty, very knowledgeable and experienced. Our curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. Yes, what i study makes me for job.

Our college provides good placements in respected companies. Before placements, students are evaluated by our faculty first. The companies like TCS, WIPRO, COGNIZANT, CAPGEMINI, etc., have come to our office for the placements. Our college provides good opportunities to the students.

Course fees of a semester is around RS 40000 and extra charge for hostel fees. There is availability of scholarships too for the under-previleged students as well and other government scholarships available too.

There are many fests are organized like UTOPIA, fresher nights, dj nights. They are held between October to January. Our library is in a good condition, you can read or do self study . Timing is 9 am to 5pm. In my first year of the college life, a cricket tournament was conducted at my college. In this tournament my team was the champion and I was the captain of my team.our classroom is also in good condition. There are many club like dance and singing club.

Every year our college celebrates a festival called UTOPIA, and also organise a cricket tournament in winter every year.

Campus size is average. Classrooms are good sized, well maintained, and well conditioned. Projectors are there in every classroom. Wifi is there too on every floor. Good and well stocked library. Basketball ground and a common room for sports and recreational activities. Hostel facility available for both girls and boys.

I studied Mechanical Engineering. The faculty was good, knowledgeable, and helpful. Quality of teaching is 8/10. The curriculum is the same as MAKAUT, so nothing much to talk about there. But the college is trying to become autonomous, which may increase the quality of curriculum and the overall education imparted.

The quality of placement is average, as with most middle tiered engineering colleges in the nation. A lot of companies do visit and pick up students, including many reputed ones and many mass recruiters. Putting a recruitment figure is tough, but most of my friends and people I knew got placed. Also, the support from college is good too.

Good value for money. Fees is comparatively less when compared to similar colleges in West Bengal. The education is kind of good, plus the teachers are helpful and readily available. The labs are good too and are well equipped.

Campus life is probably the best part of this college. Lots of scope for extracurricular activities like the college fest, various college events, the Rotaract Club, photography club, debate club, various sports teams etc. The college is also located in a good, bustling place with ample places to eat, hang out etc. Plus there is a hospital nearby in case of an emergency.

Yes mckvie has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments. We have sufficient electric supplies in our classrooms and laboratories. We have air-conditioned computer laboratories with proper maintenance.We also have wifi connection which can be accessed from any corner of the college. We have well maintained separate toilets for boys and girls in every floor and in respective blocks. We have a cafeteria which is clean and hygienic.

I'm pursuing btech in information technology because I'd like to work in an IT sector in the near future. Teachers here are really good with high qualifications. Yes our curriculum is updated and has all the recent developments. We are being ready for the job.

Placements have been incredibly good here. 95% of the students have been placed. Highest salary package was 14 lakhs per annum. The average salary offered was 40k per month. I haven't sat for the placement yet.

Mckvie has a campus where students can spend their leisure time and get some fresh air. It has a basketball court and an area for playing cricket. Everyone here including staffs and teachers are supportive and student-friendly. It's situated in an urban area with hospitals and clinics at a distance of about few metres . So it's really safe.

The infrastructure of our college is really good. Labs are well-equipped with the latest technical equipment and Softwares. The canteen is present on the campus which serves clean and hygienic food. Medical facilities are present in case of emergencies.

Faculty members here are really helpful and knowledgeable and each of them excels in their own fields. They also groom us well. The course curriculum is really good and relevant. Students are encouraged to do various practical projects as well.

About 80% of the students from our course got placed in my batch. The highest salary package offered was 6LPA, while the lowest salary package offered was 1.2LPA. Top recruiting companies that visit every year are TCS, Capgemini, Promact, Cognizant, and Wipro. Most of the students got internships from the said companies. Roles like software development, assistant engineer, etc. are offered.
