With a 19743 rank in AP EAPCET 2025, BC-D(Female) category, and AU region, your chances of getting CSE core or its specializations at VIT-AP are moderate to low, depending on seat availability.
VIT-AP fills most seats through VITEEE(their own entrance exam), but a few seats are allotted through AP EAPCET under the convener quota. In past years cutoff for CSE at VIT-AP through EAPCET for BC-D female was typically below 15,000-17,000. You may get specializations.
Hello,
With a NEET 2025 score of 306 marks, an AIR of 4,27,000, a category rank of 2,27,000, and a state merit rank of 16,891 in Andhra Pradesh, your prospects of obtaining a Category A (government quota) seat in private dental colleges within the AU area are moderate to possible, particularly if you remain engaged throughout all counselling rounds, including mop-up.
Institutions such as GSL Dental College and GITAM Dental College are somewhat competitive, yet still attainable with this score, particularly for SC/ST/BC categories or in circumstances involving vacant seats during mop-up.
Securing a government MBBS seat with this score is likely to be quite challenging due to intense competition; however, obtaining a Category A BDS seat at a private college under the state quota is considerably more feasible, especially if you remain flexible and approach each round with patience.
It is wise to secure your choices intelligently, keep informed about Andhra Pradesh Dr. NTRUHS counselling, and participate in document verification and mop-up rounds, since seats may become available from withdrawals. Indeed, there’s a good possibility that you could obtain a BDS seat in a private college under Category A if you remain committed throughout the counselling process.
Hope this helps. All the best!
Dear aspirant,
With a rank of 19547 and BCD category, you do have a fair chance of getting a seat in Andhra University (AU), especially if you're aiming for branches with slightly lower closing ranks like Civil, Metallurgy, or some of the newer engineering branches. But top branches like CSE or ECE may be tough unless there’s a drop in cutoffs this year or seats are added . You have to keep an eye on the counselling rounds, if a seat opens up in the later rounds don't miss the chance. Also, consider nearby affiliated colleges under AU where cutoffs are slightly more flexible.
Good luck!
