Kindly specify the course you are looking for in this university. DCRUST grants admission to UG courses on the basis of merit. Admission to all PG courses is granted on the scored obtained in the entrance test conducted by the University. The University also accepts scores of National level exams. For admission to PG courses: Once the candidates obtain the scores of the entrance test conducted by the University, they need to attend the counseling round(this depends on course selection)

Coming to your question I would like to tell that choose of branch is always necessary than the college you should choose the branch in which you have the area of the interest because you are going to study this for all you upcoming 4 years ,

UIET Kurukshetra has better placement records. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 13 LPA, which is so good. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Many companies visits the institute for recruiting the students. Many top companies also visit the college's campus for placements. The infrastructure of the college is also good. Wi-Fi facility is also available for students. The hostel facilities are not good. Labs are well maintained. Teachers in the college are very helpful and well-qualified. Closing ranks for UIET KUK in CSE was 86950 in All India, General Category and 123528 OBC Rank but only for Home State. Which means that getting CSE in UIET KUK is a little difficult for you.

Closing ranks for DCRUST was 63607 in All India, Gen Category and 76274 in OBC Home State. Unfortunately, CSE in both of the colleges might not be possible
