Hello Aspirant,
As you want to take admission in DAIICT or in NIRMA, the premier institute like these accept 50% of the seats based on JEE Mains rank. So in order to get admission in any of the two colleges you need to get a very decent rank.
According to previous year cut-off trends you need to have percentile of around 99% to get a seat in DAIICT and around 97-98% in NIRMA. Therefore you can easily get CS branch in NIRMA but for DAIICT I would suggest you to wait for the last rounds of the counselling.
Hope it helps !

Hello.
Your expected rank would be : 42,842.
It is calculated by using the below formula:
(100-your total percentile score)*869010/100.
Here 86,9010 is the number of candidate appeared for the January session of exam.
Admission in DAIICT can be done if your rank lie under 15k so you have degraded chances of admission in DAIICT but yes you can have admission in PDPU as you are at the border side of the CSE cutoff so yes you can easily get into the mechanical engineering branch in PDPU, but in CSE there are less chances.
Best of luck.

Hi Vatsal,

Not even NTA can tell you the exact marks you need to secure to get into any of them because of the percentile systems which categorises the candidates into groups. That is if your percentile is 90 then you are better than 90 percent of population. Now this means even scoring 0 you can still get 90 percentile as there could be 90 percent candidates who have secured less than 0. To get into any of them for safe side you need to score 200+.

Hi Aspirant,

Hope you are doing well!! As you got decent percentile i.e. 95.07, so according to the given formula

(100 - your percentile)*869010/100

Your rank will be around 42,840. So you can get admission in Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology(DAIICT) very easily and you have also chances to sit in the counselling for PDPU, Gandhinagar.

I suggest you to make yourself prepare for JEE-Advance exam because it can give more prestigious institutes like IITs, IISER, etc.

Hope this helps you. For further queries feel free to ask.

Good Luck!!
