Now, about food technology there- the placements is not that great as compared to Plastic technology. But if you want to pursue mba especially in agribusiness (ABM) in future then it's always a little advantage to choose food technology now. Highest package was around 6lpa

Further, NIT-J has quite good faculty in textile which will help you to develop keen interest in the field definitely provided you are willing to do so. Trident, Voltas, Vardhman ate some big names used to visit for campus placements.

Moreover , NIT-J is a premier college of our nation, you will get all the necessary facilities their. Campus placements are very frequent there. I would recommend you to go with NIT-J.
