Hi,
If you are appearing for CAT, then you have to fill the CAT form just. By applying for CAT, you will be eligible for all the IIM's. But as you are seeking for after 12th, there is only one course, provided by the premium institute, which is Integrated MBA (BBA + MBA) , offered by IIM Indore & Rothak. But yes in that case for IPMAT, you have to pay the application fees for each college.

  • Application Fees :

IIM Indore - 4130/- (General & OBC) & 2065/- (SC, ST)
IIM Rothak - 3890

Hi aspirant,
you donot need to apply separately for any IIM, but need to make sure that you tick the check boxes of all IIMs which you want to apply, in CAT application form. However, for non-IIMs, like FMS, SPJIMR,you will need to apply separately.
Hope this helps.

You must attend the GD/PI for IIM Rohtak which will take place from 10th-15th February 2020. IIM Rohtak and IIM Calcutta are the IIMs who really provide opportunities to women and to the students falling in reserved category. If you perform exceptionally well in the WAT and PI rounds you can easily get through. Moreover your final selection will depend upon the following factors

CAT scores = 50%
PI = 30%
WAT = 10%
Academic Records =10%

Since you have a good academic record you'll just have to perform well in WAT and PI and do focus more on your application form as they usually ask maximum questions from a candidate's profile .

Good Luck

Hello Yash

Yes,it does affect if you failed in 12th.As per the IPMAT eligibility, a candidate must complete their 10+2 with minimum of 60% aggregate marks and 55% for reserved category.Also your age should be more than 17 years.So simply saying if you failed in IPMAT,you cannot appear for the exam.

Hope This Helps

Best Of Luck!!

You have a pretty decent CAT percentile and considering the fact that you fall in OBC category you have good chances of getting IIM Ranchi. You'll just have to prepare well for the subsequent selection rounds as they have a rigorous selection process. If you want to go for PGDHRM then you can definitely expect some grilling.

Moreover they don't consider diversity much as compared to IIM Rohtak or IIM Kashipur and some other IIMs so they'll require you to compete equally with all the candidates they'll call for the selection process. Just give your 100 percent and you'll get through.

Good Luck
