This is one of the toughest choice that an aspirant has to make during JEE counseling.

NIT Trichy is one of the oldest NITs of the nation where as IIT Indore is a 2008 generation IIT , so in terms of alumni network you will get it better in NIT Trichy.

But IIT Indore is one of the fastest growing IIT right now, so you will get a lot of opportunities as well.

So you will have to weigh between these two and see which suits you better along with the location benefits.

You have a decent score in MHCET exam as compared to the other candidates. The best college for you depends on the location of college that you prefer and the branch you want to pursue. If you want to pursue your engineering in your home town then colleges nearby you may save you traveling time and give you more time for self study. If you are willing to take admission in  one of the top college of India such as IIT then admission criteria is your 12th marks and JEE mains+JEE advanced percentile. You have to appear for JEE mains exams. Now, if you under SC category then your 12th marks are enough but try to score in JEE exam for taking admission in good branch of IIT college in India.
