Hey,
You should give importance to the branch not to the college. All colleges are good, choose the branch in which you want to make your career.
Both the branches are good, just decide in which branch/subject you get more interest.
You may contact us anytime if you need any assistance on anything.
Civil engineering and CSE are two completely different streams. You should do some research on a personal level or think about your interests.
Civil engineering is not in demand now days getting placement will be a hard job but in the case of CSE from IIIT will be a completely different thing. Employment in CSE branch is better than civil engineering.

Hello student.
These three universities are really good ones. In terms of campus life, placements etc so on and so forth factors. But comparitively out of these three universities, NIT kurukshetra is the better one. Here are the factors to consider that:
Infrastructure and college life:
It has a wonderful infrastructure with well equipped labs and classrooms. Hostels are pretty decent and nice enviroment is always maintained. You can see that the campus life is going to be really well. College life is good with the right kind of atmosphere given to the students who come from different places.
F aculty and quality of education:
All the faculties are well qualified and experienced over here. And education, curriculum is made in such a way that students are made to acquire more hands on knowledge than just the theory. It is not just the books and classes. Focuses more on practical knowledge than the therotical one. Education quality and the way guidance is given is really good.
Placements:
Placements are really good as many good companies visit this college. Most of the students gets placed and opportunities of internship is provided to the students from wide range of companies.
According to our website, this is the good one.

Poor wifi connectivity, well maintained labs and library and poor hostels Poor wifi connectivity, well maintained labs and library and poor hostels Poor wifi connectivity, well maintained labs and library and poor hostels
The college infrastructure is very well. Every student feel better after getting admission in this college. This college provide facilities and equipments for the practical purpose to the students. The classrooms ,libraries and the laboratories sports ground are clean.
the administrative blocks, departments, and classes are nice but the quality of hostels is not up to standard, especially the old hostels. Hostels and departments have LAN and Smart Boards but no Wifi connectivity
