Hi Amrita
As you might be aware that New Education Policy-2020 has made it easy and possible for everyone to pursue any course of student's choice so that applies to you as well. No matter if you were a Science/Commerce/Arts student in class 12 you can still pursue BBA. Since you want to pursue it from Delhi University and you had science in class 12 I presume that you had mathematics as a subject, if that is so then you are eligible to pursue BBA from Delhi University. All you have to do is that you just have to clear CUET exam that would be conducted by NTA this year and if you make then then you are good to go to take admission in Delhi University for BBA.
Hello student I'm sorry to inform you but no you can't get admission in school of open learning, University of Delhi in 3rd semester. You need to get admission in first semester and start your course right from the beginning despite of the fact that you're already in 3rd year in Agra university.

Classrooms are the best compared to other DU colleges. Campus Wi-Fi is available but not for students; it is for the faculty. However, there are computers on which you can do work related to your course. Other than studies, it is prohibited to use the campus computers for personal work.
The infrastructure of the college is not that good. The classrooms are under tin shades and do not have air conditioning. Wi-Fi is not available throughout the campus, only in the library and labs. The library is good, with many useful books and magazines. The college does not provide hostel facilities.
Classrooms were equipped with A/C at that time, but not sure whether they are working or not now. The infrastructure is good. Wi-Fi facility is not available. They provide you with a password, but it doesn't get connected. Labs are well-equipped with instruments and are quite spacious. The library is good, and the faculty members are cooperative. Food in the canteen is okay. Some of the food items are very good, but the quality needs to be upgraded. I have no idea about games. But, I think facilities for every game are available. Students of our college won several sports competitions.
