We have nice spacious classrooms, air-conditioned labs, a good library and a proper reading room. The college has a really good infrastructure with a newly built auditorium, library, playground, canteen and the classroom.
The library facilities are good and well-stocked for commerce-related books and journals. Wi-Fi is available in most parts of the college but the speed is not always reliable. There is a cafeteria inside the campus which serves a variety of food items at reasonable rates, and the taste is satisfactory.
Infrastructure for B.Com is well developed. Facilities in hostels are good, with regular maintenance, but mess food quality is not up to the mark. Mess hygiene is sometimes suspect as insects or rodents could be seen from time to time, and food quality and taste are not always good.
No, your DU CSAS Phase 1 form won’t be rejected due to a surname difference in your mother’s name between 10th and 12th marksheets. Just use the name as per your 12th marksheet and keep both documents ready for verification if asked.
Dear student,
If you’ve passed 5 out of 6 subjects in your Class 12th and only received RT (Repeat Theory) in Maths, which is your additional subject, then you are still considered as having passed according to CBSE rules. As Maths is not a core subject in your commerce stream, it usually won’t affect your eligibility for most courses at Delhi University, especially if it is not counted in your best of four/five percentage. Generally it won't be counted as your best of five/four as you have passed in the other subjects so automatically it will become your sixth subject. You should be able to fill out the CSAS (Common Seat Allocation System) portal for DU without any problem. If Maths is not required for your preferred course, you’re good to go.
Good luck!
With 50% marks in Psychology Honours from Delhi University, your chances for M.A. Psychology admission in Common College Sector-1, Panchkula are low, as most colleges prefer 55–60% or higher.
However, if you have a strong CUET-PG score (above 240), you may still have a chance. Final admission depends on cutoffs and competition.
