About UPES Dehradun
UPES Dehradun was established in 2003 through the UPES Act, 2003 of the State Legislature of Uttarakhand. UPES has been ranked 46th under the university category in the NIRF Ranking 2024. UPES Dehradun offers undergraduate, post-graduate and doctoral-level courses through its seven schools: School of Advanced Engineering, School of Computer Science, School of Design, School of Law, School of Business, School of Health Sciences & Technology and School of Liberal Studies and Media with 15000+ students and 600+ faculty members.

UPES Dehradun Scholarship
UPES Dehradun offers scholarships to encourage students to do better. UPES Dehradun provides a wide range of scholarships to its students. The university has a special scholarship for girls students. UPES Dehradun scholarships are offered to students based on 12th overall marks JEE Main and CUET scores. The university provides a 30% concession on tuition fee for Uttarakhand bonafide residents.
The varsity has programme-wise scholarships for students. UPES also provides scholarships to Uttarakhand state board toppers. As per the UPES Dehradun scholarship policy, one student can only avail one scholarship at a time. The students who are eligible for scholarships are provided with a tuition fee waiver. The percentage of tuition fee waiver depends on the scholarship. It must be noted that UPES Dehradun scholarships are offered to a limited number of students only. In order to continue availing the UPES scholarships, candidates must maintain a good academic record and discipline.

College Infrastructure
Though the facility and infrastructure were decent enough, the campus is one of a kind. But the Wi-Fi hardly works in any part of the campus except for the library, which works too rarely. The quality of the facilities in the hostel was adequate, and the food was decent too. Sports and games facilities were also available.

Everyone is focused on the school's placement rates, however UPES guarantees at least 80 to 90 percent of placements for its students, which is much better than any institute you may have inquired about.
The professors at UPES is highly qualified and can help you with your career.
Of course, UPES is ranked considerably higher than RAMAIAH.
Overall, UPES is a far better alternative than the institute mentioned in your inquiry. I would advise you to join in UPES since it will improve your career.
