The College provides a wi-fi enabled hostel campus which can accommodate 138 boys at a time. Apart from the infrastructural facilities, The hostels provide sufficient scope for interaction and relationship-building. There are common rooms, games rooms and courts for various sports in an around the hostel premises, where the students can relax and cool down after a hectic day of work. There is freedom of movement and students constantly interact with one another. The institute believes that hostel life has a charm of its own. It provides a parallel culture, an experience that takes you out of your comfort zone and exposes you to several experiences. Living by some stringent rules is one of them. Getting to know a host of students from diverse backgrounds at very close quarters, is another. At Adamas Institute of Technology, the idea is to make one as comfortable as possible in this parallel culture.

The Central Library has been built to cater to the daily academic needs of both students and faculty members. It has specialized collections of Books, Journals & Non-book materials are available in Basic Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Humanities and Management Sciences. The Collection replete with a good many volumes of books, a large number of valuable titles, magazines and printed journals both International and National. Reference section. The college has a departmental based laboratories facility for the students.

In College has a different kind of food items are available in the college canteen. Canteen provides the students with tea, coffee, biscuits, bananas, bread-butter, singara, Parata, momo and cold drinks, biryani, fried-rice, chilly-chicken etc. It is furnished with sufficient furniture. A lot of chairs and tables are here. Sometimes, a flower garden is by the side of the AIT canteen. Students come to college canteen for taking food. But some of them also pass time thereby gossiping. Sometimes, they also discuss the affairs of home and abroad which help to enrich their knowledge.

The Medical facilities here at AIT (Adamas Institute of Technology) are well equipped. It has a separate inpatient facility for male and female students. The health centre provides quality health care in a comfortable and confidential environment. The center has 6 beds and adequately supplied medicine cabinet.

The computer centre has excellent computing facilities which include latest technology based computer systems, scanners, servers, multimedia kits etc. The computer centre maintains the adequate number of computers and peripherals of the latest configurations for teaching and research work. It features software required for conducting the courses as well as other utilities required for the development of the skills of the students. The central computing facility is equipped with LAN and all legal software as per requirement of the various departments. The center has internet facilities with dedicated leased line connection so that faculty and students are able to get the opportunities to download latest developments in their respective areas of interest. There are separate sections for the students and the faculty in this Centre. It is manned by adequate skilled personnel to assist visitors.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

Sports facilities such as football ground, basketball ground, lawn tennis, badminton court, and volleyball ground and also practice pitches for cricket along with other outdoor games

The Adamas Institute of Technology transport department provides a service, besides ensuring safety and security to the students. These college buses help the students & staffs to commute to the college from various places especially all remote areas. The routes for the buses are organized so that students from all parts of the city can easily approach the college. The facility is made available to the students at reasonable charges depending upon the routes opted by them; with this facility, there is a parking area for cycles and scooters exclusively earmarked for students.
