Amity University, Lucknow has facilities and infrastructure including separate hostel facilities for boys. The university provides good hostel accommodation for the students. There are six hostel blocks with a total capacity of 2000 students. Students have to fill out the application form for hostels separately and the rooms are allotted based on availability. All the boys’ hostel rooms are provided with furniture facilities. Mess facilities are also available for the boys in the hostel which serves good quality and hygienic food.

The University has a separate girls' hostel. Six hostel blocks with a combined capacity of 2000 students are available. Students have to fill out a separate application for hostels, and rooms are assigned based on availability. All of the rooms in the girls' hostel are equipped with well-maintained furniture facilities. Mess facilities are also available at the dormitory for the girls, which serve hygienic and nutritious meals.

Amity University, Lucknow has a well-equipped Medical room with nursing staff available 24x7 for boys and girls.
