1. Diploma in Electrical Engineering: Its approved strength is 60 students.
2. Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering: 60 seats are offered by the institute in this special branch of engineering.
3. Diploma in Mining Engineering: 40 students form the approved strength of this program.
4. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering: This course has the capacity of taking 30 students.
5. Diploma in Civil Engineering: It has 30 seats.
6. Diploma in Mining and Mine Surveying: 20 students intake.
For all the above diploma programs, the candidate must have passed 10th standard. Admissions would probably be on merit basis depending upon marks scored in the qualifying examination.
