IMPS College of Engineering and Technology, Malda, is affiliated with the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, Kolkata, and conducts a series of engineering courses and a well-structured admission process. IMPS College of Engineering and Technology offers four full-time B.Tech courses. Degree wise Admission Process
B.Tech: IMPS College of Engineering and Technology has four B.Tech courses: Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. Admission to all B.Tech courses is through performance in an entrance exam. Particularly, 90% of the total seats are awarded through the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE), while 10% are granted as per JEE Main scores.
For Civil Engineering, the approved intake is 60, while Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Electrical Engineering each have 30 students' approved intake.
The admission process for all B.Tech disciplines is standard:
1. Candidates need to appear for either WBJEE or JEE Main.
2. On the basis of their performance in these exams, candidates are shortlisted for counseling.
3. At counseling time, seats are assigned to candidates according to their rank and choices.
4. After being assigned a seat, candidates have to get their admission formalities done in IMPS College of Engineering and Technology, Malda.

I am a Computer science engineering student. The faculties are so friendly and always help us in any problem of study. If any students has any doubt they teach them at tiffin time personally. Although the academic system is very good.
