Our college has all the necessary infrastructure and all the facilities must a college have. Our college offers cheap course package compared to other college and our college comes under techno group also.
As I’m doing MCA from here! It’s a great pleasure for me that i got this opportunity to do this course from this college as our college has a great placement ratio in this course and this college also teaches us in a great way to be a job ready.
Our college has a great placement record and the numbers are increasing year by year. Our college has a great average package record. Our college offers a lot of opportunities which a student can grab.
Very cheap as compared to others.
Great
It’s quite a good college to do any course.
Our college's overall infrastructure is good though it is very small. Facilities and equipment are all good. No problem. Clsssrooms are in good state. They use projectors for lectures but the normal classrooms are not AC. Laboratories are very good. Library has more than 90k books including a digital library and Laboratories and library have AC. WiFi is available but its not for students. Only teachers can use it. Hostels are not available. You can rent a PG or mess if you live too far.
I am currently studying AIML(Artificial intelligence and machine learning). I was just interested in this course. It is a new course which started this year. And apart from traditional computer science course it has a very advanced syllabus compared to CSE in fourth year. Quality of teaching is very good. Teachers are very dedicated and they solve all our problems. And many of them are Phd holders from IIT or jadavpur etc. Course curriculum is updated from 4th semester and it makes us jobs ready
Quality of placement is good. Every year on average 85-90% students get placed in many MNCs. This year 588 packages were offered. Highest package was 32 lakh(though it was a offline placement). 4 students got the highest package in amazon in on campus( 24 lakh approx). Average salary was 5 lakh(approx) . CSE and ECE and IT had the most offers. ME and CE don't get much opportunities in placement sadly. AIML is a new course. So, it has no placement record as of now as well as CSBS.
In first year, it was total ₹144000. After that every semester fees is ₹56000. Because ,I am in AIML and we don't have no record of placement for this branch we can't tell how much this worth our money. But with the faculties, teaching methods, opportunities, coding environment this is worth it. But still the fees is a bit high.
If you enroll in this college, you are not going to be disappointed about your campus life. We have so many events here in college every year. And different branches have their own events or alumni meeting like CSE has MELANGE or IT has INCEPTRA etc. And inter college fests are arranged by our main technical club Phonixe. We also have rotaract club for cultural programs and DSC clubhouse for developers. Students are goid. No ragging. Location is good. Metro or train both are accessible from here
Untill now, it has been a very amazing experience for me. You can decide for yourself how you want to spend your college life. Our college's coding environment has also increased in recent years. Internship are also available if you are a good student and consistent in pursuing your dream. So either you spend your time doing coding in your pc/laptop or you can go to party with your friends. College provides you opportunities not jobs.
Campus is not too much big but it's moderate and one more thing all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment are Available . All necessary infrastructure and facilities like (libraries, laboratories, sports center and hospital) are available.one more thing wifi and living spaces clean are available inside the college campus
I'm currently 2nd year student pursuing b.tech degree in information technology from Netaji Subhash Engineering College. Faculty and there quality of teaching is phenomenal and classes are too interective by teachers as well as students
Campus placement is just outstanding all the products based company (e.g. Amazon, Microsoft, Google) are came into the college campus and the highest package of this college is 1.08 crore in 2022 by Goldman Sachs foreign company.
College fee is not too much.overall fee for 4 year is approx 3-4 lacs (but it's varies with year)
College campus is in techno City garia Kolkata. Near 4km there is a metro station (kavi shubhash)as well a local station garia and new garia. Student are concussion and focus for their dream company.teacher and staffs are so supportive
Overall college is best for the students and fee is not too much as well as campus placement is just outstanding
All necessary equipments are present. Computer laboratories are spacious and can easily accomodate 2 sections . Computers are updated according to the current version.Wifi can be accessed in any portion of the college campus.
Highly qualified professors provide the best quality education. I am a student of b.tech in information Technology and the experience that I am having since the past years studing in this college is really appreciable, from the teaching falculty to the management, everything is proper
Placements are provided every year in every course one has applied for. About 80percent of the students get placements in top companies with their monthly salary being good enough and reasonable. The college is very much supportive in matters of placement and gives the best pieces of advice before the interviews
Worth it. The cost per is quite reasonable and the fees is same as the other engineering colleges under Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology( previously WBUT). One can pay the fees physically by being present in the accounts office or one can also transfer online
One of the best engineering colleges in west bengal under makaut. Provides quality education by highly qualified and experienced professors.i recommend this college to every engineering student out there .

College infrastructure is more or less good. It is not very good but all over it is okay. There is no AC in the classroom. Projector support is there. Library and other facilities are also available in the campus. In one word it is value for money.
Faculty members are very much helpful and very good. They will guide you not only in studies but also in extra curricular activities. Industrial visit is also available with the course. During the course there will be a one day Industrial tour.
Placement support is very good. In last two semesters there will be n number of company will come and hire starting from TCS, Cognizant, BT, etc. with a handsome package after graduation. Faculty members will also groom the students to be ready in the interview.
According to my knowledge the fees if you compare with other colleges it is much less than the others. Best value for money. If you are getting same certificate and kind of same facilities in a cheaper cost the it's best.
Good.

There is Central wifi system in the whole college along with laboratory, classroom , sport centers etc. There is no inbuilt hostel in the college but surrounding there are many hostels , PG and mess. There is a canteen in the college where many tasty and hygienic food are made which cost is very cheap.
I am in the information technology branch because I love computer software things and all. The faculty members of the stream are very good and communicative. Curriculum has been updated by the time .nk
Yes our college placement records is very good. Over 134+ companies shows their concern to hire from our college. I am the placement representative so I can assure that placement of this college is very good. And many top MNCs coke here to recruit.
I pay near about 42k+ for per semester which is high for this on-line period but it's ok .
Campus life is very good. It has a quite natural climate through the whole college. And there are four gates in different way.
The overall infrastructure is good . Laboratories , classrooms are WiFi and projector enabled neat and clean . Faculties are proficient and helpful. All the rooms are clean and well air circulated . Washrooms are also clean and hygienic
The faculties are knowledgeable and they always try to address every student problems . There are various training programs offered by college which will make student job ready . Value added training programs and other aptitude classes are also offered
The opportunities are adequate in all the branches mainly cse , It and ece . Placement cell is very helpful . These year highest salary offered is around 9 lakh pa . average salary is 4 lpa . Placement process is easy and flawless .
My college Netaji subhash engineering college has all the infrastructure required for an engineering student. It has well equipped classrooms, library and laboratories. Our library is quite huge with all types of books be it your textbook or other reference books. All the books are very informative. My college keeps only the best books for it's students. One can easily borrow a book and keep renewing till the time you require it. Okay so the college space is very clean due to our trusted staffs.
I am a student of biomedical engineering. I choose this subject because I was quite interested in learning about the electronics used in a medical field. Faculties of this department is very knowledgeable and helpful. They provide the students with all the materials needed. They teach us really well, explains everything so simply. The teachers have made this curriculum very interesting. They always give us information about the recent developments in the field which helps us in getting good jobs
Placements are quite good amidst the pandemic also. Many IT companies have come to recruit students also the mass recruiters like TCS and CTS. The highest salary package offered was nearly 9 lacs p. a. in the CSE and IT department. Students from all branches were allowed to sit for placement. Average salary of 3-4 lacs were also offered to many. The process was very easy by giving aptitude tests and then interviews required by the particular companies. Core companies also came little much.
The total cost is 4lacs for 4 years which got divided into 8 semesters. So it became easier for everyone to pay. I think the money is worth it. I got best department, best faculties, best facilities and also campus guidance.
The life on campus was best. There was annual fests, reunion going on. Students get to enjoy a lot dance sing and eat whatever. Students to teachers relationship was very friendly. Teachers really enjoyed with us like our buddies. There were no barriers. Location of this college is also good kavi subhash metro station is nearby. Metro can take you to any corner of Kolkata. People from other states can stay here in pgs and mess and study. Locals are also very good and helpful.
I really had a great college life with great friends and teachers of my life. I really grew well in such an environment.
Hello,
Choosing between RCC Institute of Information Technology (RCCIIT) and Netaji Subhash Engineering College (NSEC) for MCA depends on your priorities regarding attendance and placements.
1. Attendance:
While official policies at both institutions generally require 75% attendance, NSEC is typically perceived as being more lenient with attendance enforcement. This leniency could allow more flexibility for students managing internships or external activities. RCCIIT, being a government-aided institution, tends to be stricter regarding attendance to maintain academic discipline.
2. Placements:
RCCIIT has a slightly stronger reputation for placements, especially for MCA students. The college has better industry connections and companies like TCS, Wipro, and Infosys frequently recruit from its campus. RCCIIT’s alumni network in the IT industry also plays a crucial role in securing job opportunities. On the other hand, NSEC also has decent placement records, but its focus on core engineering streams might slightly impact the MCA-specific placement scenario.
In summary, if you prioritize flexibility in attendance, NSEC may be a better fit. However, for stronger placement opportunities, RCCIIT might be a wiser choice. It's important to visit both campuses and speak with current students to get real-time feedback.
Hope it helps !

Hello,
To get a clearer picture, let us consider both the cases :
Joining NSEC Now:
Waiting for Other Rounds:
Now based on your situation, my recommendations are :-
Based on your research and personal preferences, make an informed decision. If you are confident about getting a seat in one of your higher preference colleges in the next rounds, it might be worth waiting. Otherwise, securing a seat in CSE at NSEC could be a prudent choice.
Best of luck!
