I think you can give the CAT exam during your final year of graduation. It will be best time. For this you have to start your preparation early. Or you can take drop of one year and start your preparation then give the exam. As per the eligibility criteria , student should passed their bachelor's degree from any recognised university or appearing student also give the exam.
