Sir, i have 46.2 marks & 474 score in GATE. I belongs to OBC. Is there a chance for me to get mining branch for M.TECH in ISM, DHANBAD.

Yes, you have good chances of getting in.
As per the last year's cutoff, you will get a seat. Although, cutoffs vary every year. But the chances are good.

M Tech for Non gate ISM xm date and procedure ??

Hi Aradhana,
ISM EE is good a entrance exam for the mtech candidates including 15 courses by the institution. ISM also takes GATE scores & GATE candidates get preference in the the admission.

ISM EE 2018 application form will be release on March.
Last date of application submission on April & exam will be on May..

If i am not able to crack GATE ,whether there is an alternative option to get admission in m.tech in mechanical field in ISM(IIT) ?

Not really. Earlier, there was the ISMEE which is still there but mechanical engineering is removed from its purview. So no unles you have the criteria mentioned below by Manashjyoti.

You have so many number of choices to choose from.
There are many colleges out there you can choose from with your score. Each college has different application dates. But most of the colleges will fill their seats by April or May so you better hurry and fill forms immediately.

College Infrastructure

The facilities and infrastructure are excellent. Labs are properly equipped and are assisted by well-qualified teaching assistants, and also neatly arranged and maintained. Wi-Fi is good. Classrooms are large enough to accommodate around 150 people for now, but still, a new building construction is happening which can accommodate more people. Coming to the library, we have the Central Library which is Asia's second-largest technical library. It has 7 floors, one complete floor is dedicated to the reading hall. Almost every preferred book can be found there along with magazines and newspapers. Moreover, the library is properly maintained with high security.

College Infrastructure

Definitely, it is one of the premium Institute of the country. And it's infrastructure needs to be good. And it is very much good. Their are almost all facilities for the students, mess food is also eatable... Wifi is also available at high speed.
