The last rank of the candidate who have secured admission in last round is 68991 (CRL) belonging to OBC (Outside Delhi). Based on the previous year cut off trend you do not have chances to get seat in any branch on IIIT, Delhi. Since your obc rank is 29k then even under defense quota your chances of getting a seat into IIITS is quite low. Although you could get a seat if you gi through all the rounds of counselling or even special rounds of counselling.

Unfortunately on such OBC rank you cannot get any of the IIITs/GFTIs with any of the branches because closing OBC ranks of last year were like :-
