Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Delhi has a separate centralised career guidance and placement cell. GGSIPU placement cell organises the final placement drive every year. According to news reports, the highest package offered in IP University placements 2022 was of Rs 45 Lakhs for the profile of technical staff. More than 370+ offers were made in the year 2022. GGSIPU University placement cell conducts career development skills training that includes presentations, seminars, webinars, industry talks with experts, and many other activities.

The campus placement is average but it getting better day by day and would soon be on a good position. The students are mostly selected with a good package and are happily satisifed with it. I hope it gets better and new opportunities are given.

Overall, my experience at this college is really good, as my batch had only 28 students. Almost all students are placed.as company provides both sales and tech roles. For sales, the BDE role is offered and for tech trainee, roles are offered here.

Given below is the syllabus for IPUCET for the four-year, full-time BA Economics programme offered at the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University under the five-year UG-PG scheme through various affiliated colleges:

General English (20%)
Economics and Statistics (40%), and
Mathematics (40%)

The division of the number of questions in the subparts of the syllabus is indicative and the level of questions asked in the IPUCET shall be as per the level of the qualifying examinations for entry to the programme of studies or as specified.
