48 MonthsIIIT Delhi aims to encourage research and innovation in Information Technology (IT) and allied areas. The objective of the B.Tech. program in Electronics and VLSI Engineering (EVE) is to prepare students to undertake careers involving innovation and problem solving using suitable techniques and hardware and software technologies, or to undertake advanced studies for research careers.
Eligibility Criteria
70% marks in aggregate for five subjects (including Physics, Chemistry and Maths) and 70% in Maths in class XII from CBSE board or equivalent.
Admission Details
B.Tech. Admissions 2021 to various programs of IIITD will be done through Joint Admission Counselling, JAC-Delhi, and through IIITD admission process using UCEED rank (Only for some seats in CSD) and Class XII Marks (Only for some seats in CSSS). Details regarding the number of seats, eligibility, merit list and admission process are given in B.Tech. admission brochure 2021. Admissions for foreign nationals/PIOs/NRIs will be through DASA and directly through IIITD process - more details are available here.
