JNU offers a number of scholarships and fellowships to its students. Some of the JNU fellowships are offered through UGC-CSIR Junior Research Fellowships, UGC-Scholarships and Fellowships, State Government Fellowships. JNU scholarships and fellowships are either offered to felicitate the meritorious students or to help the students who belong to the economically weaker sections of society. Some of the scholarships offered by Jawaharlal Nehru University are Merit-cum-means Scholarships, the G Parthasarathi Endowment Fellowship, Jawahar Bhawan Trust Scholarship, Special Fellowships for SC/ST and PH students, and others. The CUET exam is scored out of 800 and is made up of multiple-choice questions. The cut-off is based on the candidate's percentile.
