With this good rank you can easily get top 10 private engineering colleges.

You can try for government college with with non core branch combination you may get government college .

Noorullah getting Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology branch in the government colleges with this rank is a little difficult. Even in Maulana Abul Kalam Azad university of technology, Kolkatta the cut-off rank is higher than your rank. Still, I am mentioning below some of the government colleges where you can get some branches:

best institute for this rank and computer science are university of culcutta and maulana azad institute. there are less chances at jadavpur university.
